The swimming pool in the society is well-maintained, with excellent water quality. Moreover, its prime advantage lies in its exceptional connectivity to a nearby metro station, bakery, and petrol bunk, hospitals,along with 24/7 water supply. Additionally, there are no leakage issues, and every event and festival within the community is celebrated with enthusiasm.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges in the society are exorbitant, with a three-month maintenance fee of 20,000. Additionally, the owner fails to engage with residents during committee meetings, leading to a lack of communication and transparency.

residents are really very good with alot of amenities like 2 swimming pool , indoor , outdoor games , gym etc . festivals are celbrated as a society

the location is really goad but the service road is not 2 ways so u turns should be taken on ring road if going opposite direction

There is a major hospital located at a stones throw from the apartment complex. It is located in front of a busy road so transport and cabs are easily available. Multiple dining options are also located close by. Easy access to Bagmane tech park and other companies.

Rents are slightly high. The roads are very busy and it is slightly difficult to cross. There is no option for uturn easily,

We stayed there long time before. When we stayed there connectivity was good. Cleanliness was good. No seepage issue also there was the play area Neibourhood was also good. There was nothing unlikable thing. I was not there for long time.
