The flat sizes are significantly smaller compared to what you could get in South Mumbai for the same investment, with prices inflated due to the Lodha brand. The kitchen area is cramped, with low ceiling heights, and the walls within the flat are prone to damage. Being near the Wadala Truck Terminal, there are numerous chemical and oil refineries nearby, leading to extreme air pollution unless windows are kept closed. Additionally, the area tends to have higher temperatures than other regions of Mumbai. The behavior of security guards can be unpleasant, and maintenance charges are steep. Water logging during rains is common, and there are no playgrounds for children. It's not advisable if you have elderly family members with respiratory issues.

Having a commercial tower attached to Lodha New Cuffe Parade is a significant advantage for many residents.

The amenities lack proper servicing and are not well-maintained. For instance, the snooker tables suffer from neglect, with no upkeep of the cloth or sticks. Moreover, the closing time for facilities is relatively early, ending at 10 PM.

There are not much smoking zone available in the society. There walls are all made up of gypsum. The doors and the furniture as well as the handles were not fixed properly when we shifted. There is no proper service for the amenities and are being used as they are. The snooker tables have no maintenance for the cloth as well as the sticks. The timings are only till 10 at night.,
