Good things here
The main road is about 2 km away from the society, making it a pollution-free area. The security system is excellent with security guards and CCTV cameras. The surrounding people communicate well and sometimes gather to celebrate festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi, Dussehra, Diwali, and Holi joyfully.
Things need improvement
Improvement is needed in maintaining cleanliness both inside and outside the society premises to ensure a hygienic and pleasant environment for all residents and visitors.

Inside the community, there are numerous facilities such as a supermarket, a clinic with a pharmacy, and vegetable stalls, all easily accessible to residents. Additionally, there are amenities like a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, children's play area, library, badminton court, basketball court, cricket pitch, and good indoor game facilities. The maintenance of the society is also commendable, with regular water supply and a generator facility for power cuts. Festival and event celebrations are conducted on a grand scale.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is lacking as there are no nearby international schools, hospitals, or shopping malls. Additionally, the maintenance of greenery has been poor recently, with management neglecting to take care of the landscaping.

I moved out of this society around a week ago. During my time there, one of the positive aspects of the community was its abundant greenery, with lots of plants, trees, and well-maintained garden areas filled with flowers. The connectivity of the society is gradually improving due to the good development of infrastructure in the surrounding area. There are a few schools, small grocery stores, and bus stops located near the community, making it convenient for residents. All major amenities, such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, play area, and various sports facilities, are available for residents to enjoy. The construction quality is also good, with no problems like water leakages.
Things need improvement
The main problem in this community is its poor security and lack of enough staff to keep it safe. Also, the surroundings are dirty because they're not well maintained.

The positive aspect of this society is an active management committee, elected by residents, ensuring that all problems and complaints are promptly addressed. The people living here are also commendable. The construction quality of the buildings is excellent, as they were completed just four years ago. Excellent amenities such as a supermarket and Apollo pharmacy are available for residents. Additionally, a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, park, and playground are well-maintained. This township consists of four phases of construction, offering a mix of villas and apartments. All kinds of festivals are celebrated within the community, including Independence Day and Republic Day.
Things need improvement
The major issue here is power cuts, lasting around 1 to 2 hours each day. Additionally, there are no multispecialty hospitals nearby the community.

Residing in this community for the past 7 years, there are no issues with leakage due to the high construction quality. The amenities are well-maintained, including a clubhouse with indoor game facilities, a meditation hall, a library, a swimming pool, a supermarket, and an Apollo clinic for residents' convenience. Maintenance is excellent, with regular garbage collection, cleaning, and a reliable water supply. Additionally, the security measures in place are commendable.
Things need improvement
The major issue is that the equipment in the clubhouse is outdated, and the wood flooring is damaged. Additionally, the society has become overcrowded, yet there is no ATM available for residents. Furthermore, although there is a pharmacy within the community, the availability of medicines is limited.

The good thing about this society is its amenities within the community. Residents don't need to go outside for basic needs like groceries, vegetables, fruits, flowers, and dairy; these are all available inside the community. Additionally, there is a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, a well-maintained garden area, basketball play area, badminton court, and a designated kids' play area for enjoyment. There are approximately three schools near the community, with one within walking distance and the other two within a radius of about 1 kilometer. The environment is peaceful due to the remote location. Maintenance facilities are excellent, ensuring that any problems related to plumbing or electricity are resolved promptly.
Things need improvement
The only problem is that this society is situated in a remote location. Due to this, the markets and shopping malls are far away.

The roads near the society used to have two lanes, but they are being upgraded to four lanes so that vehicles can move easily without any problems.

This society is a small township with around 90 villas and a few apartments. The connectivity of the society is excellent, with 1 to 2 schools located within walking distance, along with a couple of hospitals about 1 kilometer away. Additionally, there is a bus stop near the community. Amenities such as a supermarket are available within the community, ensuring residents don't need to go outside for groceries. There is also a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, kids' play area, and ample garden space, providing excellent recreational opportunities for residents. The society also offers various activities for children to enjoy. There are no issues with the construction quality, and maintenance facilities such as cleaning services are provided, along with a reliable water supply for residents.
Things need improvement
This community is situated a bit farther from the city center, which means it takes a little more time to reach certain places in the main city.

The construction quality of the buildings is good, and the flats are well-designed with proper ventilation for all residents.

Within the community, there is no temple available, necessitating residents to venture outside for religious practices, which is deemed unfavorable.

There is a Children's Play Area, school nearby and a Swimming Pool. I am impressed with the convenient design of Aparna Kanopy Tulip. The 2 BHK apartment I purchased offers ample space and beautiful surroundings.

Good things here
The people living in this community are very friendly and helpful, and various events, festivals, and cultural programs are celebrated within the community. There is a committee to organize and conduct these programs. Inside the community, there are excellent facilities such as a supermarket, and salon available for residents. Doctors also visit the community regularly. There are good amenities such as a clubhouse, a gym, a swimming pool, and indoor game facilities like table tennis. The construction was completed around 14 years ago, and there have been no issues related to seepages since then. Overall maintenance is excellent, with no issues related to water or electricity.
Things need improvement
The major problem is with connectivity; there are no international schools or hospitals located nearby, which are approximately 7km from the community. Additionally, there is no badminton court inside the community for residents to play.

Aparna Kanopy Tulip's location in Gundlapochampally is fantastic. It has easy access to schools, hospitals, and shopping malls. There are Tennis Court, Cricket Pitch, Aerobics Room, Basketball Court, Badminton Court, Cycling & Jogging Track.

Aparna Kanopy Tulip's proximity to the Gundlapochampally railway station makes commuting a breeze. I can easily travel to different parts of the city without any hassle. It is a Gated Community with 24x7 Security.

This is a well-maintained gated community with excellent maintenance facilities, ensuring no problems with water or electricity. The society has a commendable committee that promptly addresses all residents' complaints. Construction standards are good, with no reported issues of leakages. Ventilation within the flats is also excellent. The amenities are well-maintained including a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and outdoor play areas. Moreover, several international schools and a bus stop are conveniently located within a 2km radius of the society.
Things need improvement
There is no metro connectivity to this area. The society is a bit far from the main city, and there are no large shopping malls near the society.

The Malls, PVR, Clubs, Restaurants and other amenities are nearby almost all types of cabs like Ola, Uber reach this place on time as there is no connectivity issue or traffic. The amenities such as shops, malls, schools, colleges and hospitals are reachable within 1 to 5 km.
