By Air: Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in Mumbai is the nearest airport, and is at a distance of 90 km from Karjat. From the airport, you can hire a taxi or take a bus to Karjat.

By Road: Karjat is connected to Mumbai by both state-run and private buses. Regular bus services connect Mumbai with many parts of India. It would take approximately 2 to 3 hours to drive from Mumbai to Karjat on the Bangalore-Mumbai highway, which is 62.3 kilometres away from Mumbai.

The Kondana Caves are a set of rock-cut caves located about 7 km from Karjat. They can be reached by taking a bus or train to Kondanwadi and then hiring an auto-rickshaw for the last leg of the journey.

The journey by train takes about two hours. The falls are located in a beautiful setting and are a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. 

There is also a small restaurant nearby where you can get some snacks. There is no entrance fee for the waterfalls, but it is advised that if you want to spend time there, carry enough food and water with you as it’s quite far away from any stores or restaurants.
