West Bengal’s Siliguri is home to the Coronation Bridge. Due to its location along the Teesta River, near Sevoke, it is also known as the Sevoke Bridge. Spanning between Siliguri and Darjeeling, the Coronation Bridge connects the northeastern Indian states with the rest of the nation. The bridge is located roughly 15 km from Siliguri. With a length of 698 foot and a height of 114 foot, the steel arch bridge has two lanes open to both  motorists and pedestrians.
