The property extravaganza till March 25, 2018, will bring the best deals from developers and channel partners on one online platform, to help buyers choose their dream homes without any hassle. They would be able to find great deals on ready-to-move-in, as well as new homes.

Some of the reputed developers and channel partners participating in the festival include Lodha, Kalpataru, Sobha, Prestige, Casagrande, L&T, TVS Emerald, MG Housing, Godrej, Aparna Constructions, Investor Planner and EIPL.

To promote the first of its kind holistic online event, Housing.com has created a special event page to encourage maximum participation, through a massive digital campaign with 40 million+ impressions.

Commenting on the initiative, Mani Rangarajan, CBO, Housing.com said, “The ‘Happy New Home’ festival aims to propel the online real estate industry forward, by bringing the best deals from top developers, to cater to the strong underlying buyer interest in India. Abhishek Mehta, managing director, Urban Tree, Chennai said, “We are delighted to leverage the best out of Housing.com’s ‘Happy New Home’. With a stabilised real estate ecosystem and positive market sentiments, a surge in housing demand is expected and it is an opportune time to host an event like this, with ample offers to ensure every home buyer is happy and satisfied with his deal.”

Vyoma Pandit, joint CMO, Shriram Properties said, “It’s wonderful to be a part of Housing.com’s ‘Happy New Home’ and showcase some of our best properties on this platform, to help home buyers choose and buy their dream homes. We look forward to deliver the best value to home buyers and are expecting great traction from this event.”

The festival will help developers and channel partners in receiving higher visibility across the platform and ensure maximum participation from both, Indian and NRI audiences. The developers will also get access to Housing.com’s content and social platforms, which will further add depth to their campaigns.
