The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) launched a residential plot scheme on August 8, 2023, offering 1,184 plots near the upcoming Noida International Greenfield Airport at Jewar, located along the Yamuna Expressway. The last date to apply for the plots scheme was September 1, 2023.
According to a dnaindia report, applications from 1,40,750 people have been received for the scheme. Over 10,000 forms may be left out of this draw. Of these forms, around 9500 forms filled by Plan-2 and Plan-3 will be out of the draw and around 500 forms may be rejected owing to various reasons.
The plots will be allotted through a lucky draw on October 18, 2023. The authority will release the list of applicants of the Yeida housing scheme and those whose forms will be included in the draw on its official website www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com.
Yeida residential plots scheme 2023: Payment plan
All the payment for the residential plots can be made online from the Yeida official website. Applicants have three payment plan options under the Yeida residential scheme.
- Under this option, applicants must pay 100% of the total premium, including the registration fee, within 90 days from the date of issue of the allotment letter and GST.
- Under the second option, applicants must pay 50% of the premium within 90 days and the remaining amount in two half-yearly instalments with an interest @ 10% per annum on reducing the principal amount at the end of each half year.
- Under the third option, applicants must pay 30% of the premium within 90 days and the remaining 70% in two half-yearly instalments with interest @ 10% per annum on reducing the principal amount at the end of each half year.
How to check Yeida residential plots scheme 2023 draw result?
The draw for the scheme will be conducted on October 18 in Greater Noida at the Community Center of P-3 Sector.
Applicants can also watch the live draw results for Yamuna Authority Plot scheme 2023 online through the official Yeida portal. To check the draw result online, users must click on ‘Live Draw for RPS07/2023 Scheme, YEIDA’ section to view the results. Enter the application form number to proceed.
Yamuna Authority Plots 2023 Scheme details
The Yeida Residential Plots Scheme offers 1,184 plots. There are 194 plots available in the size of 120 sqm and 260 plots in the size of 162 sqm. In the category of plots in 200 sqm, the authority offers 466 plots. The scheme also offers 208 plots of size 300 sqm, 24 plots of size 500 sqm, 13 plots of size 1,000 sqm and 19 plots of size 2,000 sqm.
