• On this page, click on ‘Online Payment’. 

You will reach https://onlinevvcmc.in/VVCMCOnlinePGProp/app/frmPropertyDetails.aspx

Here, you can search using property ID or owner’s name. 

• If you search using property ID, click on मालमत्ता क्र.
• Then, enter details like ward number, zone number and click on search. 
• You will get details including property owner’s name, address, amount to be paid as property tax for one year or 5 years, discount in the property tax and the final amount to be paid. 

Now click on भरणा करI and you will see the following page. Choose the time for which you want to pay property tax, enter your mobile number, email ID, captcha and click on भरणा करI to proceed with Vasai Virar online payment. 

You will reach the following page, where you can select your payment online mode from credit or debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets, Google Pay, NEFT or even EMI and proceed with making your online payment for Vasai Virar property tax. 

How to download Vasai Virar Property Tax bill ? 

To download your Vasai Virar property tax bill, click on ‘Download Bill’ and a pdf of the bill will be saved in your computer.
