Manav Sampada is a human resource management application tool that is an initiative by the Uttar Pradesh government. Using the Manav Sampada portal application tool, personnel management activities like monitoring, planning, promotion, posting, transfer and maintaining service history can be easily and effectively conducted. Developed by the NIC Uttar Pradesh state centre, you can access the Uttar Pradesh Manav Sampada portal at www.ehrms.upsdc.gov.in login.
The Manav Sampada portal helps government employees of Uttar Pradesh with office-related work like attendance management, leave application, seeing payslip online and downloading it. To use the various features of Manav Sampada portal, a user should know all about the web portal and how to navigate it including the Manav Sampada UP login. Manav Sampada: The various online modules available
- Transfer/Posting: Using this Manav Sampada module, a user can create, finalise and publish transfer and posting orders for employees.
- Leave Management: A transparent system, using this Manav Sampada module, an employee can apply for leave. The reporting managers can approve, reject or cancel the leave using this Manav Sampada application.
- ACR module: The key responsibility areas (KRA) of the employee can be set and assessed by the reporting and reviewing managers through this Manav Sampada module.
- Annual Property Return (APR) efiling: All employees can log in to the Manav Sampada portal and submit their APR for the present and previous year. Note that year-wise employee APR details are available for citizens and the government at each level on the Manav Sampada portal.

Manav Sampada: How to login on eHRMS?
For employees to access the different modules on the Manav Sampada Uttar Pradesh portal, one has to log in to the eHRMS system – the etool for Human Resource Management System. For this, Uttar Pradesh state government employees must register with the Manav Sampada Uttar Pradesh and get an employee code and password. Before an employee registers, he/she should find out if their department is registered with the Manav Sampada portal.
- For registration, enter details like name, gender, date of birth, department etc and press submit and a six digit employee user ID and password will be generated.
Once you have the Manav Sampada employee ID and password, proceed to Manav Sampada login UP to access the services. Log on to the Manav Sampada Uttar Pradesh portal at https://ehrms.upsdc.gov.in/
On the Manav Sampada Uttar Pradesh portal, click on eHRMS login. You will receive a pop-up box.
On the Manav Sampada portal, select the user department from the drop-down box and enter your user ID, password and captcha text and click on ‘login’ to access the modules on the Uttar Pradesh Manav Sampada portal.
If you have forgotten your .Manav Sampada password, click on ‘Forgot Password’.
Select the user department from the drop-down box, enter the user ID and click on your preferred way of resetting the Manav Sampada password:
Via email – you will receive a new Manav Sampada password on your registered email ID
Via SMS – you will receive a new Manav Sampada password on your registered mobile number
Application process for compassionate appointment of deceased dependents
- On the https://ehrms.upsdc.gov.in/ page, click on compassionate app under Public window.
- You will reach https://ehrms.upsdc.gov.in/publicService/deceased/HomeDeceased
- Click on Applicant registration and fill the details.
- Click on document detail entry and enter details and submit.
- Once done, click on application status to know the status of the application.
