October 18, 2023: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (Mhada)’s Konkan Board has extended the online application date for the Konkan Mhada lottery 2023 to November 15, 2023. Earlier the deadline set by Mhada was October 16, 2023. With this there has been a change in other deadlines of the lottery as well.

The Konkan board’s Mhada lottery 2023 offers over 5,311 units in Thane, Palghar and Raigad district. The housing units that are part of this scheme are priced between Rs 9 and Rs 49 lakh. Of the total, close to 1,000 units are part of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY).
A flat of configuration 258 sqft is priced around Rs 9 lakh and a unit of 667 sqft is priced at Rs 49 lakh. Of these 1,000 units are being sold under the PMAY scheme.
