Citizens of Odisha can apply for a driving licence after one month of getting their learner’s license. One can access the official portal of the State Transport Authority – http://odishatransport.gov.in/ – and click on the ‘New Driving License’ option under ‘LL/DL Services’. One can directly visit the official Parivahan Sarathi website and apply for a driving licence online, as explained below:
- Go to https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/
- Click on the ‘Driving license related services’ option under ‘Online Services’.
- Select ‘Odisha’ from the state drop-down menu.
- A list of services will be displayed. Select the ‘Apply for Driving License’ option.
