PCMC Sarathi: All you need to know

To help its citizens to access civic services, the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has created a helpline portal called PCMC Sarathi. It is a joint initiative between the PCMC and the Pimpri Chinchwad Smart City Corporation Ltd, to create an engagement platform for all its citizens and empower the residents by making them aware about the schemes, facilities and other amenities available in the region. PCMC Sarathi connects its citizens with the corporation.

 

About PCMC Sarathi

The Sarathi PCMC is an information portal, for assisting residents and tourists. It was launched in 2013 and so far, over a million citizens have availed of its services. The system makes it easier for the citizens to reach out to the corporation and access the civic amenities without any hassles. In order to provide quality services, the PCMC Sarathi also has a complaint window for citizens, where people can submit their grievances and expect resolutions in a timely manner.

 

Services available on PCMC Sarathi

If you are a resident or property owner in the PCMC area, you can visit the PCMC Sarathi portal and login using your mobile number. Here are some of the services available on the portal:

• PCMC water bill payment.
• Apply for birth and death certificate
• List of emergency facilities such as ambulances, hospital and police stations available in the area.

The PCMC mobile app is now available for Android and iOS smartphones. You can simply download these mobile applications, login using your mobile number and access any service you want.

You can login to the PCMC Smart Sarathi portal, using your email-ID, after which you would need to verify your mobile number using OTP. You will be able to access all the above-listed services, once you have verified your profile.
