February 29, 2024: Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE), announced the launch of Sequoia, the last tower at Parkwest 2.0, the 46-acre project located in Binnypet, Bangalore. Parkwest 2.0 has a total saleable area of over 18.4 lakh square foot (sqft).
Sequoia, a tower with 30 floors, offers over 180 units of 3 and 4 BHK with a saleable area of 4.3 lakh sqft, presenting a revenue potential of nearly Rs 500 crore.
