Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate has announced its entry into the Thane residential market, with the launch of its first premium residential project, ‘Northern Lights’, on Pokhran Road No 2. The project will be spread over 4.8 acres of land and will offer varying configurations of 2-BHK premium homes. The construction of the project will be undertaken by the Shapoorji Pallonji Group itself.

The higher floors in the project, will also offer views of the hills and the city.
