- Visit the PNB OOSA – https://pnbnet.org.in/OOSA/
- Click on the ‘Click here to open the online savings account without E-sign facility’ option.
- You will get an application form on the screen.
- Fill in your details such as name, date of birth, address, contact details, etc.
- Click the ‘Submit’ option.
- You will get a Temporary Reference Number (TCRN) on your mobile and email ID.
- Keep the TCRN safe for future reference.
- You can now fill in the TCRN number on the next page.
- The applicant must now submit the application to the bank along with TCRN. You must also have original copies of your photo, ID, and address proof.
- The bank will verify all the KYC Documents.
