The Tamil Nadu Housing Board (TNHB) has placed 16 petition boxes across Tamil Nadu including Chennai, Erode, Trichy for beneficiaries to apply for sale deeds for their TNHB housing units. Applicants also file other grievances in these petition boxes. The boxes will be available from June 3, 2023, to June 30, 2023.
Beneficiaries have to drop their applications with supporting documents, contact details including address and phone number in the TNHB centre. These applications will be then forwarded to a special cell in Chennai who will revert with solutions.
In addition to the petition boxes, applicants can mail their applications and documents to the TNHB at tnhbptn@gmail.com between June 3 and June 20, 2023.
In case of any application not being processed owing to legal issues, the TNHB will revert to the applicant clearly explaining the reasons.
