In this plan, we assign a dedicated relationship manager. Your RM understands your requirements, finds properties for you on Housing, and calls owners to verify if all the details match your requirements.

The timeline to find a property varies based on the user's specific requirements. While we cannot guarantee a specific duration, it's typically observed that property searches are completed within a reasonable timeframe after purchasing the plan.

The search criteria for the number leads (i.e. Number of owner contacts) provided for different plans is based on factors like - city, service chosen (buy/rent) and the nearby localities.

Housing Promise is a new product that offers 100% verified and available property listings. We guarantee that all the properties sourced through Housing Promise plans are genuine and available for rent or purchase.

- After you purchase your plan, a dedicated relationship manager (RM) is assigned to you - Your RM will connect with you and understand your requirement - The RM will search on your behalf and shortlist few properties - The RM will contact the shortlisted property sellers (can be an owner or broker) and verify whether these properties are genuine and available to rent or purchase - Post verification, the RM will share the verified listings with you for your perusal

We ensure that the listings are verified through a comprehensive process conducted by our relationship managers (RM). Our RM will contact the seller (can be a broker or owner), reconfirm availability, and try to conduct virtual inspections, capturing photos and videos of the property. This is an effort from our side to try and guarantee that all properties listed under our Housing Promise plan are genuine and available for rent or purchase

Yes, Promise is focused on helping you find genuine and available properties (regardless of whether it is by broker or owner) while Premium is focused on helping you find brokerage free properties

In the unlikely event that you find a property under our Housing Promise plan that is not available or genuine, we will evaluate your case and offer you a full refund of your fee if there is a genuine issue. We take our promise seriously and aim to provide you with the best possible service.

We also have Sachet/Trial Plans for Connect+ and Relax with a validity of 5 days, providing a total of 5 owner contacts/day. Again for Relax plans you will be assisted by a dedicated Relationship Manager.

Non-Refundable: All plans, packages, subscriptions or services purchased on or through Housing.com are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Any refund shall be at the sole discretion of Housing.com. The decision of the Housing.com shall be final and binding.
