Good things here
The rent here is very friendly. This place is maintained properly from time to time. There is a good hospital facility nearby. Many taxis, buses are easily available.The road is also well constructed. The police also keeps doing patrolling.
Things need improvement
Electricity is also cut off sometimes during the rainy season. There is garbage thrown on the sides of the road which is not cleaned.

Good things here
Transportation facility is very good, local vehicles as well as cabs such as ola and uber are easily available. Many shops and malls are also available in this area which is easy for people. Hospitals and police station are also nearby which is a very important for people. Roads are also lit with street lights at night by which people feel safe to go out late night.
Things need improvement
Pollution is too much. Traffic jam is a common problem. Street vendors occupy most area of the footpaths by which people find it inconvenient to walk on it. Vehicles and street vendors cause a lot of noise pollution. There is not ample parking space. Road accidents are a common problem here. Roads are not so clean.

Good things here
This locality is maintained very well. Here houses are built good. There is no problem of water. Electricity is also always available. There is a lot of greenery all around. rickshaws, autos, buses, taxis are easily available here. There are private and government hospitals available nearby. Both private and government schools are available here. There is a weekly market nearby. There are many grocery stores nearby where one can get all the essential items. Both small and big restaurants are available here and the price of food is also normal.
Things need improvement
There are many places on the road where there is no street light , due to which it remains dark. There are many potholes on the road which need to be repaired. The bus service here is very less at night.

The area have better transportation for anywhere you want to go. The area have great cleanliness because every people here live who is at better position and basically this is the area of high profile people or personality.

The area is not safe for children beacsuse of the road traffic. Here people are always drive with high speed because of the road. The area have also low light or dim light anywhere

Good things here
Yes,from the area of Rajiv nagar so many supermarket and malls available but it's very rush area so that trafic issue is very big problem,here 2-3famous schools and hospitals available nearby you can also book cab but due to traffic your cab taxi getting late almost everytime.
Things need improvement
The main issue is theft in this area ,I suggest you don't come out from your house in the night time , electricity is available 24hr and it's charge is 10rupess/unit.

It's a very peaceful area , neighbours are of friendly nature .well finished, totally marbles. No water logging problem. malls , hospital are nearby located. price is very reasonable for this flat. you will definitely love this place.
Things need improvement
you will have to travel to some distance for the vegetable market. Bad thing is that it's not fully furnished.

hello, this is one of the best place in raja bazar which available all facilities such as school local market restaurant and park. all arr very easy to reach out. in this area no any water sludge and all are perfect for all rented.

No any dislike of this place. this is the place noanty bad feedback ofanty rented. and I am very lucky toh shift in this area.

Good things here
This was the best property in this area, the location was so beautiful, broad Streets, good sewage system, parks, schools, hospitals etc are at walking distance.

There is nothing anything to dislike about. I love the property, good connectivity to public transports, neat and clean environment.

rajiv nagar is a good location of patna very convenient and friendly society with good people and neighbour everything like transport facility electricity water supply school hospital mall restro is very closest to the location

there is nothing bad at this location but cleanliness is just not good as it should but all other thing are best at this location if you neglect cleanliness this is a minor problem of this location
