Good things here
There is a lot of peace here. I feel safe here with my family. There are good schools available nearby. Cab and bus transportation service is good. Cab, taxi, are easily book here. There is a supermarket nearby. mall and cinema hall are also nearby. The road here is good and wide. There is no problem with electricity and electricity charges are also normal. The grocery store is near the house. There is a school and hospital nearby. good restaurants available nearby where one can go easily.
Things need improvement
CCTV cameras are not installed at some places. Roads are not built properly at some places. Electricity also gets cut during the rain. There is no good park nearby.

Good things here
Auto and metro are easily available near the society. despite of all the construction issues of it being an old building i have never faced any issues related to water seepage and water leaking. i spend maximum of my time outside hte society so i also have a reliebility of always available shops in the society it self for my daily needs.
Things need improvement
igh security system has been provided all the area are under cctv survilance.Build quality is strong and steady as far there are no issues regarding anything.All the cultural festivals are celebrated in the society people over here are v

society is wonderful people also very nice and helpful there is so beautiful garden for walk but flats are expensive

The society was very friendly and very humble.Every thing is very fine .There is nothing to dislike about the place.Thanks for providing a beautiful house.

The electricity charges are very affordable.And there is no frequent power cuts in my area .The society was very neat,clean and very hygienic.There is no crime history and i feel very secure.

The area is quite peaceful. The area is commutable- taxis and autos are easily available. There are parks in the locality. All the necessary facilities are available in the locality. Markets, local shops, schools, post offices, banks, and others are located here.

in my locality the locality of roads is generally good. most main roads are well-maintained with smooth surfaces.

There is no crime history and i feel very secure.The electricity charges are very affordable.And there is no frequent power cuts in my area .the main dislike thing was bad roads and large traffic. there are few things to correct them. but the all of the property is very good for family. I like it very much. People often dislike properties due to traffic congestion, poor infrastructure, pollution, high costs, water scarcity, security concerns, distance from essential services, construction quality, legal.

The connectivity of this society is good, it is near to the highway and nearby banks, hospitals etc.

The construction used low-quality materials, resulting in issues like leakage and seepage in the society. This can be quite troublesome for the residents.
