Metro station at walking distance. Great schools nearby, at walking distance. In viscinity of hospitals and marketplace. Walking distance to Ram Manohar Lohiya Park. No water shortage, water available 24*7
Since the park is very nearby, there may be mosquitoes at times but that is manageable because the doors have mosquitoe net in the flat.

Society well connected to wide main roads and nearby to Highway. Easily accessible to Metro, Schools, Hospitals, Market.
Only thing is that building is not having lift and in the building and only stairs are there for all floors.

One of best flat in the area and there people of their nabour is also better than one. Transport and cabs are avaible in one call
