Good things here
this is very high class locality where various celebrities houses are available. atmosphere is very calm and all the necessaries facilities that are required for our need is available easily. transportation facilities and various malls or shopping centres are available nearby.
Things need improvement
I faced some issue regarding limited parking space and also very high traffic jams during peak hours on the road.

The area is strategically located near the andheri railway station, providing easy access to transportation.the fish market offers fresh sea food, attracting foodies and local alike.navaneeth colony and surrounding areas boast a vibrant mix of culture, fostering a dynamic neighborhood. Amboli and andheri west offer shopping centres, malls, and local markets for varied shopping experiences
Things need improvement
insufficient waste disposal system can affect public health and cleanliness and Due to presence of railway station nearby there is a lot of noise comes .

Manish Nagar in Andheri West is a well established locality known for its peaceful environment and modern amenities. the area offers great connectivity to major parts of Mumbai and it is closed to schools, markets and recreational zone. it's clean Street and friendly community make it a delightful place to live.

Manish Nagar in Andheri West goal connected can be challenging for accommodation seekers. the rental and property prices are significantly high often not justifying the space or Amity provided.

Good things here
Andheri is one of the top notch locality where the facilities are also very high class. the flats prices and properties prices are also very increased in this locality and its not easy to get properties in this locality at low price compare to another parts of the city. there are all all the amenities are available at walking distance.

This locality has nothing to dislike but some issue regarding frequent traffic jams during peak hours and also parking issue.

Manish Nagar in Andheri west goal connected can be challenging for accommodation seekers. the rental and property prices are significantly high often not justifying the space or amenities provided.additionally the locality can feel over crowded with limited parking and occasional maintenance issues in older buildings making it less appealing for some residents

Good things here
This play is well equipped with all the necessary facilities. Hospitals, shopping malls, D Mart, hotels, restaurants, theatres and more are easily accessible. The metro line provides transportation services easy and the area is also served by an cabs and autos. The beach is with the short walk and there is jetty for buying fresh fish. There are three public gardens in the area.
Things need improvement
The metro station is a 6 km away, but the issue is the lack of parking spaces for vehicles. The roads are frequently damaged. Increase in dust and noise from ongoing construction projects lead to pollution. Traffic congestion is common, especially during rainy periods and peak hours. The parking for visitors vehicle is is not good enough here, roadside parking is also trouble for other passengers.

Talking about the locality thisproperty is located near Lokhandwala circle, Andheri west amongst all the Film star and big industry players. You get all transport service conviniently nearby and Versova-Ghatkopar Metro at 5 mins . Mumbai's famous Kokilaben Hospital is also near by. You get all medical and Grocery stores around.
Things need improvement
To be honest I have been renting this flat for a quiet very long time, and till the date I've recieved nocomplaints regarding the society, water or Electricity. Its just if you stay good all is well.

Good things here
The community is friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is pleasant and while the rent is slightly steep, it is well worth for it. There are a variety of amenities nearby, including hospitals, banks, general stores, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants. The connectivity is being excellent railway station and metro station is close by. Cabs and auto rickshaws are available readily.
Things need improvement
The area is known for its street dogs and the frequent traffic congestion particularly during the evening time. The security is not up to the mark with no surveillance cameras around here. The police patrolling is not so efficient especially at night. Parking is a challenge especially for visitors, roadside parking of vehicles is also trouble for other passengers to pass by. The pollution level is significantly high here.

Connectivity the area has excellent connectivity to other parts of Mumbai via the metro buses and auto making it easily accessible.

Like many urban area Andheri west faces issues with the air and noise pollution negatively impacting health and quality of life.

Good things here
I and my brother visited Mumbai last month. Really loved the impressive hospitality of andheri. One must visit and explore the nearby houses and other facilities present here... The malls , restaurant and cab services as well as the area is safe and secure for night too.
Things need improvement
I overall loved the town but sometimes the public noises as well as vehicle noise is much higher as usual.. the disturbance is often higher. overall everything is good.
