Good things here
Bandra East is one of the best location to live....easy connectivity to BKC.. ..,...,Bandra station..., and any other locations in south Mumbai.. many eating joints....big and small....jio World..close by.....areas for shopping....etc...
Things need improvement
sometimes.....the traffic is really bad...chock a block.....bumper to bumper traffic.... public transport is generally crowded..... Bus and train....autos and taxis although available.. mostly...

Good things here
This is a quiet place. I like silence so much. Sometimes it becomes a crowd and gathered but any one can love comfortably.
Things need improvement
The drainage system of this place is not good. Sometimes it becomes a serious problem for students and inhabitants.

Good things here
It's a good place to live and I spend a significant amount of time there while working. many company are available in this locality and along with well known restaurants and shopping malls nearby. market are available at walking distance. they are no power cut and water shortage problems.
Things need improvement
As it's populated area traffic condition is a common issue and weather during the rainy season can be challenging and summer temperature can be reach higher.

Well Lit Lights and safe place. market is closeby. Spacious Appts and gated society. Ample car parking and walking space.

Bike Parkings are there on the roads. Overall a great place to stay and there is no problems at all.

no there is no frequent power cut it is maintained well there is a restaurant jogging area. it is a very good palce

the cab and busses are not easily available the hospital is also too far from it so it is difficult to reach

it is very amazing to enjoying in the apartment it is a well infrastructure design apartment it road are clean

near the apartment there is not enough lot of green spaces and some time I had face traffic I had dislike due to this reason

there auto is not available in that locality and there is no cleaning in that locality which is the worst thing.
