Good things here
The maintenance of the society is really impressive; everything is taken care of on time. Moreover, there's plenty of greenery and open space throughout the society, enhancing its overall appeal and livability.
Things need improvement
Although there's no metro nearby, However, rest of the things are inline with the expectations.

Five years ago, transportation connectivity was good, with schools and hospitals conveniently located near the society. The residents were known for being friendly and cooperative, fostering a sense of community. Additionally, amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse were available within the premises, providing residents with recreational options.
Things need improvement
After thorough exploration and analysis, it was challenging to identify numerous dislikes. However, they noted that the maintenance quality was not up to par, which could be a concern for residents seeking well-maintained living spaces.

Good things here
It's considered one of the best societies in Ahmedabad for several reasons. Transportation is easily accessible, and the society's maintenance is excellent, reflecting the heavy fees paid for it. The construction quality of the buildings is also top-notch, ensuring durability and safety. Additionally, all the essential amenities expected in a residential society are available. Despite coming from diverse backgrounds, people are friendly, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
Things need improvement
Everything is good except for two issues. Firstly, there's a problem with stray dogs in and around the society, which needs to be addressed. Secondly, the metro facility is not available in the area, as it's only accessible in one phase of the city.

There is a shopping complex in the society , the security of the society is quit secure , good , the market area are at reachable distance from the society

The connectivity of the society is quit good like autos and rikshaw are easily available outside the society , the construction quality of the society is above average like there is no issue of ceiling and seepage in the flats , all amenities are there and well maintained in the society, the people are also quit friendly and coperative in the society

Although the society is quit well maintained there is no as such issue in the society regarding parking , traffic , cleanliness , ceiling and seepage

Good things here
Maintenance standards were high, with well-maintained lifts and CCTV cameras ensuring security. The society offered a full range of amenities. While personal interactions with neighbors were limited, festivals were celebrated together, fostering community spirit. The standout features of the society were its pleasant atmosphere and abundant greenery.
Things need improvement
Autos and buses weren't readily available, causing inconvenience. Tenants had to pay extra for amenities, and there was a discrepancy in treatment between tenants and homeowners. Seepage was a prevalent issue within the society.

All amenities are available within the society it self. connectivity of the society is good as I use my own vehicle and our society is well connected with all the areas around and elevated roads as well

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society. The society is peaceful.
