Security measures are top-notch, providing peace of mind, and the full power backup facilities further enhance safety and continuity during emergencies. The outstanding build quality of the apartments, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, results in a living space free from common issues like leakage and seepage, instilling confidence in residents. The provision of allocated parking for both owners and visitors adds to the convenience, while the well-maintained amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and playground offer ample opportunities for recreation and relaxation. Additionally, the reasonable maintenance charges underscore the society's commitment to providing value for residents, making it an ideal place to call home.
Things need improvement
Residents have been inconvenienced by the relocation of bus services, now requiring a longer walk of around 600 meters to access transportation. The absence of a nearby metro station further compounds commuting challenges, limiting residents' mobility options. Additionally, the high charges for power backup facilities within the society add to the financial burden for residents. This increase in costs without a corresponding improvement in services detracts from the overall affordability and value proposition of living in the community.

The society's connectivity is excellent, with easily accessible public transport options like autos and cabs nearby. Maintenance is timely, with regular painting and garbage collection ensuring cleanliness. Spacious and well-ventilated rooms enhance comfort. Reliable electricity and power backup prevent disruptions. There are no waterlogging issues. Ample open spaces and play areas cater to children's recreational needs. CCTV surveillance and well-maintained lifts contribute to security and convenience. Above all, the friendly and cooperative residents foster a vibrant community, celebrating cultural festivals and events together. Overall, it's a well-rounded society offering convenience, comfort, safety, and a sense of belonging.

Seepage and leakage problems persist due to poor construction quality. Stray dog issues pose safety concerns, with incidents of bites reported, especially risky for children.

Good things here
There are no seepage or leakage issues in the apartments, and the rooms are well-ventilated with spacious balconies available. ecurity is robust with available security guards and CCTV cameras installed throughout. The elevators are properly installed and maintained. The residents are educated and respectful, and there are no water supply issues in the society.
Things need improvement
The society lacks nearby metro and railway stations, and the approach road is in poor condition with non-functional street lights. There is a significant parking problem with chaotic and congested parking spaces. Additionally, facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are not available within the society.
