Good things here
in 2014, i entered into a contract to purchase a property, i was impressed by the assurances and promises made by Mr. Hari Sharma, the expected delivery date was to be in Dec 2016. this was to be a gift for my parents 50th anniversary. Regrettably, the completion certificate of the property was only issued in 2023 (not sure if the occupancy certificate has been issued till now). Despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation thru a very good friend who had introduced the property and Hari Sharma to me, RSH is has not been forthcomming and has refused to honour its commitments and assurances of paying penalty for delayed delivery by almost 7 years. i have emails confirming that they will pay penal interest. finally, with my back to the wall, i had to file a complaint with RERA, there agin, the developers adopted a very unreasonable position. anyway - long story short - the case is ongoing and am sure will take time. i would urge all potential buyers to excercise a lot of caution when dealing with this group. in my experience, they have not honoured their moral commitment nor their written agreement.... PLEASE BE VERY careful! in fact others like the Neotia group are a lot more honourable and professional in their dealings.
Things need improvement
the Developer has been totally unfair and dishonest in their dealings. they have refused to honour their commitments forcing me to complain on social media and in the courts....
