Good things here
Maintenance badiya tha society ki. Maintenance charges bhi reasonable the. It was a new building so construction quality badiya tha. Choti si balcony thi flats mein. Safety features like fire alarms, security guard were there. A basic gym was there in the society. Helpful neighbours the wahan, parcel leliya karte the behalf pe.
Things need improvement
He used to live earlier in the mentioned society. He said Society thoda waha outside mein tha. So shaam mein public transport ka issue hojata tha waha. Us waqt wahan flyover ban raha tha toh traffic hota tha wahan. Swimming pool tha but chota tha waha.

Good things here
The construction of the building is great and same goes for the maintenance as well. the people living in the society were cooperative and friendly. there was enough greenery in the society and you can also get a taxi or cab nearby and aslo there all the basic amenities and supermarket was very near.
Things need improvement
Street dogs is a major issue here.

Apart from metro, we have other mode of transports which can easily be accessible such as buses, e-rickshaws, autos. The Construction quality in our society do not have any problem. The material used is good. Overall it is above average. The facilities like gym, clubhouse , Lifts and security guards in the society are well maintained as well. In our society, there are people from different diversities and we all celebrate the festivals together, and hence there is friendliness in people.
Things need improvement
The biggest problem is with the metro which is not nearby, we always have to take some other mode of transport to go till metro station .

The connectivity isn't anything to write home about. It's just average, nothing special. The people might be friendly enough, but it's not like they're going out of their way to make you feel welcome.

The auto-rickshaws and other amenities are available around the society, with schools and hospitals nearby. Society's maintenance is essential, with garbage collection and property upkeep on time. Fire exits are available, and all amenities such as the James swimming pool and clubhouse are well-maintained. CCTV cameras are operational 24/7, and the society members are friendly, celebrating festivals together.
Things need improvement
The roads surrounding the society are in poor condition, leading to waterlogging and mosquito infestation during the rainy season, causing pollution. The maintenance of the Applewoods township, in particular, is inadequate. Parking is a major issue as the builder has sold off the visitor parking space, forcing everyone to park their vehicles on the roadside, making it difficult to take U-turns due to congestion. Additionally, the internal roads are damaged, and drainage pipes are broken, causing a foul smell persistently.
