Good things here
Public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. electricity issues are not faced at all in the society. The society appartments are very spacious.
Things need improvement
There are no nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants outside the society. Malls are also far, it takes about 20mins to reach the malls from the society. The connectivity of the society is poor as nearby stores are not available. Metro station is not nearby the society. The maintainance of the society is average, the society is not properly maintained and kept clean. The constructuion quality is not good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, play area for kids and club house are not available in the society. Park is available but it is very small in the society. People are not very friendly and cooperative in the society.

Good things here
While I generally travel by car. However, the connectivity within the society is quite good I can easily find Ola or Uber rides, and the bus stand is within walking distance. The maintenance of the society is commendable; the residents take great care of it. Any minor issues are quickly addressed, and the society is well-maintained. The amenities in the society are fantastic, and great attention is given to them. Moreover, the residents are also very friendly, and I enjoy interacting with them as they have pleasant personalities.
Things need improvement
Everything in the society is good, and everyone takes good care of it. Any issues that arise in the society are quickly resolved. The only downside is that the metro station is a bit far, but apart from that, everything is good.

Good things here
Local public transport, Ola, and Uber are easily available in the vicinity.The maintenance of the society is quite good, and the charges are nominal at Rs. 3500. Despite being a new society, only five years old, the people of RWA Maintenance apartment take excellent care of it. When pigeons started entering the society, they immediately took measures to prevent it by renovating the construction, which took only two months. The residents are very friendly and live harmoniously within the community.
Things need improvement
The metro station is a bit far, approximately 3-4 kilometers away. The amenities in the society are subpar. The clubhouse is small and poorly maintained, and the gym is in terrible condition with water leaking constantly, leading to most residents abandoning it. Additionally, there is no swimming pool in the society.
