Good things here
this is property is not good but rate is highly maintenance collect from who are given but who are not paid people they don't ask and commitment members are also not slove any problem commitment change maintenance charges are high that is only happen here no one is perfect in commite even they can't change watchman also from March to June they charge extra for water bill 1000 excess some flat cost around 25lakh and some flat are 36lakh more over some many brokers are stay in this appartment only what we see out side is looking good but water line leaks we are go take bath in bathroom but water leak in bedroom wardrobe
Things need improvement
I am already explain on top of the box what i have experience in this appartment then we are whis but this not a good place charges high
