Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory, malls and markets are close by. Metro station is also available within 1 Km reach. There are taxi, bus and auto stands nearby. Maintenance quality is fine with timely pest control and paintings. There are no drainage issues. Garbage removal is also done timely. Construction quality is also satisfactory. Security services are provided. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, basket ball court and clubhouse are available. There is a play area for kids. There is a basement parking. The neighborhood is Decent.
The society provides all basic facilities to the residents, so not many dislikes can be pointed out except that there are some traffic issues on the road outside, which might cause some inconvenience.

Connectivity is very good like nearby malls,markets,super markets are there. greenery environment.
Construction quality of the society is very bad like seepage ,leakage and plaster are falling down from the walls.

There is a nearby metro station available, and the maintenance charges are reasonable. The maintenance services are provided on time and in good condition according to the maintenance charges. The units are well-ventilated with spacious rooms, and various amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and park are available in the society. The residents of the society are also very friendly and cooperative.
In my personal experience, I don't see any issues or concerns there because everything seems to be quite good. So, in my opinion, there is no need for any further improvement.

Society me maintenance services time par provide hoti hoti hai sabhi cheeze ache maintain rehti hai amenities available hai
Location me changes ho sakte hai jaise ki society ke samne hi ek slum area hai usme improvement ho sakta hai or samne hi water flow hai jisme Ganda paani ata hai jiski waja smell ati hai.

Connectivity bohot achhi hai societry ki saare public transport available hai nearby . Construction quality achhi hai plaster and fitings bohot achhi hai with no issues of seepage/leakage . Power backup is there, thats a plus point.
Maintenance issues hai thoda like pichle 2 - 3 saal se paint nahi hua society buildings me so maintenance thoda improve hona chahiye.

Metro connectivity is good, auto is good but busses are not availble.Gym, clubhouse are available. Parking of society is spacious. Where there will be more people, there will be tiffs but people do celebrate festivals together.
Roads are narrow, Cleanliness in society can get improved . Road construction can get improved. Painting did not take place since last 12 years, because of that water seepage is there. Narrow roads can get improved. Park is not there also shopping complex is not there so it needs to get constructed.

I used to live there 3 years back and at that point of time metro was available but can travel by auto, not very nearby. However, autos and transport used to get available easily.
Society was clean and there were seepage issue . No gym, clubhouse was there in the society. People are cooperative and Shopping complex is far from the society.

Some towers are affected by seepage issues. I ma not facinh any major issues.

Within the society, cleanliness is maintained, and the lifts operate properly. CCTV surveillance is in place. the gym and swimming facilities are well-maintained, and there's ample space for kids to play.
The roads outside the society present a challenge, and the metro isn't conveniently located, but autos are available. seepage is an issue, along with waterlogging in balconies

The society is very convinient in terms of connectivity, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available just outside the society. Metro is available nearby the society. I have my own parking area and no major chaos happens regarding parking. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. Sufficient parking space is alloted. No such electricity issues are faced in the society. Power backup is avilable in the society. Rooms are properly ventilated and 2 balcony are available. Other facilities like swimmingpool, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.
The maintainance of the society is not up to the mark, according to the maintainance charges taken the society is not maintained properly and some people don't pay the maintainance fees on time for which issues takes time to be resolved. Sometimes seepage and leakage issues arise, there are damps in bathroom walls.The construction quality is not good.

There is a temple in the society. We don't face any issues with water supply and power supply. Nearby, we have vegetable markets, grocery shops, and malls, everything is available. We also have amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse in the society.
There is a pond inside the society, and there should be barriers on all four sides to prevent children from accidentally falling in while playing. Tower 1 has developed cracks due to an earthquake, but they are not repairing it. There is a significant termite infestation inside the rooms, causing a lot of trouble. Overall maintenance is poor.
