Good things here
The transportation like cabs and autos were easily accessible. The structure of the buildings were unique. People here are helpful and educated. Amenities include Clubhouse, Gym and it is functioned well.
Things need improvement
I think developement in Society should be shopping complex and cinemas and there is nothing that i dislike in this society.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. Metro is available near the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it is functional properly. The construction quality of the buildings is very good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced in my appartment. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society, People in the society are friendly and copperative. The society has got good drainage system, there are no such water logging issues inside the society.

I've not faced any problems as such that needs to be resolved. The society has got everything

Seepage ka waha major issue tha, or plumbing ka bhi problem rehta hai kyuki zameen me pipe burst ho jate hai or us time me swimming pool bhi functional nahi tha, Or bahar vehicle zyada hone ki waja se traffic issue bhi rehta tha

Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society is good with easy availability of public transport options. Malls, markets, schools and restaurants are also available nearby. The construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. There is sufficient greenery in the society. Paintings are done timely. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. The neighborhood is decent.
Things need improvement
There is a lot of Inconvenience due to the water supply. The water quality is very bad as it's quite hard in nature. There are a few water logging and drainage issues.

Good things here
Finding autos, metro, and cabs easily near our society because it's on the main road. We don't have any electricity problems. Our society has everything we need, including a park for kids to play. Clubhouse, Swimming pool are in great conditions.

There is a slight issue with seepage. In some houses, during the rainy season, seepage occurs on the walls.

The society is beautiful and the surroundings are very decent. connectivity in terms of getting the food delivered as well as access to the market place is also there. Maintennace part of teh scoiety is very well taken care of.

With terms of constructional quality, there are some issue that is takign place in the society. Connectivity of the society is not upto the mark as the availability of publica transportation is not there

People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. No such stary dogs or pet dog issues are faced in the society. Parking space is available and quite spacious.

Security system is very good in the society. Lifts are available and it functional properly. I like the parks in the society. Play ground, play area for kids and garden is available in the society. Water supply and electricity are available for 24*7 in the society. Water logging issues are not faced at all in the society. People are friendly, educated and cooperative, all the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together. There are no stray dog issues faced. The society is safe at night as well. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. All are well maintained.

The construction quality of the buildings is average as it's a very old society, seepage and leakage issues are seen in the flats and bedroom areas. Apart from this I have no complaints about this society, the society is a very good place for living.

The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Maintainance charges are taken as per square fit area. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. CCTV is installed in the society, security system is very good. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it functional properly. During rainy season, Water logging issues are not faced in the society, the society has got good drainage system. Electricity issues are also not faced as such in the society. constructuion quality is good in the society. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such, Appartments are properly ventilated and spacious balcony is available. Facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together, recently Holi celebration arrangements are also done very nicely. "

Different colored bins are not used for waste disposal. This is because the waste collections are done by municipality trucks and only one truck comes around the society to take both dry and wet waste, segregation is not done, this is an old practice and it is still being followed like that, new garbage collection practices are not implemented in this society.

Speaking of amenities, the society offers a gym, kid's play area, clubhouse, and swimming pool, all of which are well-maintained and fully operational. The residents are cooperative and friendly, and there is sufficient parking available. Additionally, the society benefits from 24-hour water and electricity supply, ensuring convenience and comfort for all residents.

Earlier, there were leakage and seepage issues, but those have been resolved for now. However, the build quality is not up to the mark.

Connectivity is good as public transports are easily available outside the society . Road quality is good and the street lights are properly working even at night .Parking space alloted for every resident so there is no parkling issues . Maintenance of the society is quite good because proper hygiene is maintened and timely cleanlinees are also done in the society .There are no such water supply and electricity issues as it is available for all the times . In amenities the society has got park , play area, swimming pool , gym . Neighbours are very friendly and co-operative , they celebrate all the festival like Durga Puja , Diwali . society is pets friendly as there are no pet issues that are faced in the society .

Plaster and fitings quality is very poor , they face seepage and leakage issue , over all construction quality is very poor in this society . The gym is available in the society but it is not good as equipments are not working properly and proper maintenance is not done . The society has got water logging issues which is a major concern in the society . The walking tracks and roads inside the society are not good enough as the construction quality of the roads are not properly made .

Waterproofing and painting are done once every 2-3 years. The metro has recently been constructed. The issue of water logging has been resolved. Buses, autos, and cabs are easily available nearby. Garbage collection happens every morning, and lift maintenance is timely. There is a football ground and a basketball ground. Despite having 10 towers, there is a large open space in between. Emergency fire exits and staircases are installed on both sides of the building.
Things need improvement
There is no nearby railway station, causing transportation difficulties. The maintenance team in the society faces a lot of politics and nepotism, which means young people should be included in the team for better work.
