Good things here

There is ample amount of parking space in the society. I have my designated parking spots. Garbage collection is fantastic as timely collections are done. Some local markets are available nearby the society. Recently 8. 5 kms long flyover has been made which makes our travelling very easy. Water supply is good in the society, no such problems are faced regarding water supply. Drinking water is avilable for 24*7 in the society. The ventilation is very good. Society is very peaceful. Rooms are very well ventilated and all rooms receives proper wind and sunlight. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society and security guards are very good. There are 2 Lifts available and it is maintained properly in the society. People are pet friendly and People are decent and cooperative towards each other in the society, festivals are also celebrated. All standard amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Amenities are properly maintained.

Things need improvement

For easy connectivity I have to use my personal car. Occationally public transport is available, Everytime public transport is not available outside the society. Mall is very far from the society. During rainy season the road conditions are very bad and water logging issues happens a lot. electricity issues are faced in the society as there are power cut issues that happens daily. Issues are not resolved on time, continuous follow ups has to be done. The buildings are in very poor condition, Paintings are not done on time. The constructuion quality is not good in the Building, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced a lot in the society. Society faces a lot of problems regarding pet dogs as the society gets dirty for them, the owners and pet lovers makes the lobby and society very dirty by giving food for them at places and not cleaning them

Good things here

Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very good. There are bearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, salons, restaurants available around the society. Everything is available within 300 meters around the society. Ample of parking space is available in the society, there are no parking chaos that happens with people in the society. Road and street light conditions are in good condition. Garbage collections are done on time. There are no such water logging issues faced around the society. All the cultural events and festivals are celebrated in the society. People are overall good and friendly.

Things need improvement

It's disappointing to see the lack of maintenance regarding the amenities available in our society, like the gym, swimming pool, club house, park, and play area for kids. These facilities should be well-kept to enhance our living experience, but if they're not properly maintained, they can become a source of frustration. Dealing with plumbing and water issues, along with inconsistent water supply, is really challenging. Access to clean and reliable water is essential, and it's frustrating when these issues persist. The delay in maintenance due to some residents not paying their dues on time is unfair. I make sure to pay my dues promptly, so it's frustrating to see others not doing the same and causing inconvenience for everyone else. The damp issues in my flat are concerning. It's affecting my comfort and possibly even my health. The street dog issue is also troubling. It's not just an inconvenience but also a safety concern. I hope management takes steps to resolve this issue promptly.

Good things here

The connectivity in our area is really top-notch, with easy access to various modes of public transportation, including nearby metro and rail stations. Having markets, schools, and hospitals close by definitely adds to the convenience and accessibility of essential services. Plus, the well-maintained roads, functioning street lights, and designated parking spaces ensure smooth traffic flow and safety within our society. It's reassuring to know that we have CCTV cameras and vigilant security guards in place, which adds an extra layer of security for us residents. And having facilities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse available and well-kept is a great perk, offering opportunities for recreation and socializing right here in our community. But what really makes living here special is the positive and cooperative attitude of the residents. Coming together to celebrate festivals and support one another fosters a strong sense of camaraderie and belonging that makes this place feel like home.

Things need improvement

The poor quality of plaster, plumbing fittings, and water logging during the rainy season can really affect the comfort and safety of residents. And having stray dogs around, along with delays in resolving issues, just adds to the inconvenience and frustration for everyone.

Despite being slightly on the outskirts, the society provides its own bus service to Taratala and is close to the railway station. During natural disasters, preventive measures are promptly taken, ensuring uninterrupted utilities post-storm. Elevators are consistently operational, and utilities like water and electricity are available 24/7, with backup power. Rooms are well-ventilated, and amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are well-maintained. The community is cooperative, with some joint celebrations. The society is pet-friendly, with top-notch security and cleanliness maintenance, ensuring no major issues with pets or stray dogs.

While the society's maintenance is satisfactory, addressing issues can be time-consuming. Additionally, the construction quality of the buildings is subpar, leading to prevalent seepage and leakage problems, especially due to the age of the society.

Good things here

There are auto, rickshaws and cabs easily available near the society, which is very convenient for residents. There is a very good market nearby, providing easy access to essential goods and services. Parking space is good. There are CCTV cameras installed and functions properly. Rooms are good in ventilation. The amenities are also maintained like gym, swimming pool, club house and play area. People staying in the society are very friendly and copperative also helpfull.

The constructuion quality is not good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. All repairings are done on time. tiles and cements are comming off. Damps are happening a lot. Lifts does not work properly. Whenever we complaint about anything, issues are not resolved and things are kept like that. There are trees which have grown so much in the area, they don't even cut that, whenever we complain the society says that people are not paying maintenance on time. Extra charges has to be paid for using the amenities. Security guards are not available at all times. Maintenance charges are too much, we pay Rs 2 per square fit.

Overall everything was good in condition there was no issue wth seepage and leakage. Parking area was also big . Cctvs and elevators are also in good cindition

Good things here

We have water all day, every day, even though it's hard water, but we use an RO system in our house. Autos are easy to find outside the society. We don't have any problems with electricity. We have a ground play area and a garden. The people here are nice. Pets are allowed, and the flats have good ventilation.

The society is built on what used to be a water area, so there are some seepage issues. You have to pay separately for membership to use the swimming pool. The cleanliness here isn't great. With more people living here, the lifts are used a lot, which makes maintenance harder. There's no access to the metro or local passes.

Good things here

Connectivity is excellent as the railway station is nearby.All necessary amenities are available within the society, including a restaurant and shopping mart, offering convenience to residents

Things need improvement

Maintenance is poor. The growing grasses are not being removed and also there are cleanliness issues caused by littering dogs.There is no fencing around the ponds, leading to uncleanliness and providing breeding grounds for mosquitoes.The indoor clubhouse is not adequately maintained by the maintenance team.

Good things here

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. As the socieety is located a bit on outskirts from the main city, the socieety has got it's own bus facility till Taratala. Railway station is very near the society. The parking space is amazing with open and covered parking both available, there are no such chaos regarding parking as the security management works good. The society takes proper measures during natural disaster when occurs and proper preventive measures is applied when required. The elevators are always working properly and maintainance is done. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, Power backup is available. Balcony is also available, and rooms are nicely ventilated. facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society and all are well maintained as I have personally used everything. People are educated and cooperative in the society, some festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. The society is pet friendly. There are no major issues regarding pets and stray dogs as security is top notch and society is always kept clean and hygine is maintained properly.

Metro is far from the society. There are no nearby meetro stations available. The connectivity is an issue around the society, Public transports are not available easily around the society, for easy travel you need to have your own car. However, the maintainance of the society is good but resolving the issues takes a lot of time when raised. The construction quality of the buildings are not good, seepage and leakage issues are seen a lot.

Good things here

The society is very well connected with market areas, grocery stores, schools, restaurants and railway station nearby the society. I use my personal car and I don't have any idea about public transport. Parking spaces are very good with covered and open parking both available. The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. CCTV cameras are installed. Security system is very good in the society. Lifts are available and it functional properly. There are 2 elevators in each block if one stop other works, always one or the other lifts are working properly. Water supply and electricity issues are never faced in this society. The rooms in the society are very spacious and prper ventilation with sunlight is available. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. There are also cricket court and play ground which I use after returning from office. I have made friends in this society with whom I play after returning from office. People are friendly, educated and cooperative, all the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together. I like this society so muvh that I have purchased 2 appartments in this society.

Things need improvement

Seepage and leakage issues are seen in the flats and bedroom areas, there are minor damps seen around the walls as the buildings are quite old. Nowadays there is a problem faced regarding the brokers as they enter the society and brings up any random family to stay in the society without proper verification which is making the society crowded nowadays.
