Check if you have EB connection, water and all amenities already implemented in good quality. Dont just look at the low quality road and temporary solar street lights. Gsqure city project is a joke now. Even after 3 year they have not implemented any of the 150+ amenities promised. there is no EB, water, no maintenance also that was promised for 5 years. They promised 50,000 sqft club house will be ready for use by Jan 2023. today if you go and check only few pillars are there... they stopped all work after sale is completed.

Even basic amenities like EB,sewage are not yet provided and neither it's a good investment as after 2 years still I'm not able to sell plot for profit not even same price and also you cannot build your house as basic amenities are not even half completed in their projects.
