Residents enjoy uninterrupted water supply without any reported issues. The construction quality in the society is commendable, with no occurrences of seepage, leakage, or plaster issues. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids enhance residents' quality of life. The friendly and cooperative nature of residents fosters a strong sense of community, with cultural festivals and events celebrated together. Pet rules have been implemented to ensure harmony within the society. Lifts are available and properly maintained for residents' convenience and safety. Metro is very far from the society. Power cut issues happens sometimes which is a major issue, power backup is not provided. Sometimes stray dog issues are faced.

The society was well-maintained, with no leaks and everything in perfect condition. Connectivity was excellent, with convenient transportation options such as buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis readily available. The residents were friendly and welcoming, and there were healthcare centers and schools nearby. Children enjoyed the spacious park with plenty of room to play, and amenities like a gym and cricket ground were also available within the society. Additionally, communication and network services were highly reliable.

Maintenance in the society could be improved. It would be beneficial to add a swimming pool and clubhouse, which are currently missing. Other than that, everything else is good.

There was also a reliable power backup system for lifts and common areas. Issues like seepage or termite infestation were non-existent. The society boasted amenities such as a gym, parking facilities, and a gaming room. For children, there was a playground and a park with benches for adults to relax. The playground featured red sands and swings, providing a complete play area. The residents were exceptionally pleasant and supportive, fostering a strong sense of community within the society.

The water quality in the society was often very poor. There were occasional electricity cuts, but notifications were sent in advance, specifying the duration of the outage, such as 8 hours or 6 hours. Unfortunately, the society does not have a swimming pool or clubhouse. There was no power backup available for individual flats in the society.

Public transportation is conveniently accessible near the society, and there's a nearby market. The flats don't have any issues with leakage or seepage. The society offers amenities such as a gym, play area, and garden. Continuous water supply and cleanliness are well-maintained. The lifts are also in good condition. Residents are respectful, and there is sufficient parking. Power cuts are not a problem, and pets are allowed in the society.

The society does not have a swimming pool. Power backup is available only for the common areas and lifts, not for individual flats.

The maintenance quality was good, with proper hygiene and cleanliness. CCTVs and Elevators were installed. Construction quality was also taken care of with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym and clubhouse were available.The neighborhood was friendly and cooperative. Market areas were available at a walkable distance

Transportation connectivity near the society was poor, autos and cabs were not available easily. There was no swimming pool in the premises.

Living in this community is great because getting around is a breeze with convenient access to local transport like autos and buses. Traffic near the area is never a problem. Plus, the flats are leak-free and well-maintained with all the modern amenities you could need. The residents are friendly and celebrate festivals together. Parking is ample, water supply is reliable, and cleanliness is top-notch.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, this community doesn't allow bachelors to reside. Additionally, visitors don't have access to inside parking, so they'll need to park their cars outside.
