Good things here
The society has a gym, play area, and garden for residents to enjoy. The residents are cooperative, and issues are resolved promptly. Water is available 24/7, and auto-rickshaws are easily accessible. The society is clean, and the lifts are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
During the evening, there is some traffic outside the society. The parking space available is less compared to the number of residents. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool in the society. Additionally, there is a slight issue of leakage in some flats.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society was satisfactory with availability of metro cabs and autos. CCTVs and Elevators are installed in the society premises. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym and clubhouse are available. Residents were friendly and cooperative and celebrated all festivals together.
Things need improvement
There is no clubhouse in the society premisis.

Good things here
Auto cabs are readily available nearby the society, and all facilities are easily accessible. Maintenance services are reliable, prompt, and quick, making them trustworthy for residents. All amenities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, kitchen area, gym, etc. are available and well-maintained. The residents are friendly and cooperative, and all facilities are celebrated within the society. Overall, the social atmosphere in the society is excellent.
Things need improvement
The build quality is not satisfactory and is below average, with seepage issues prevalent throughout the society. There are numerous slabs on the walls of the apartment that have yet to be addressed.
