Good things here
Society is located just in the heart of the city. Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Market areas, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. Metro is just available outside the society. Roads are good and traffic jams are not there. There are no issues related to parking. Maintenance is superb and timely garbage collections are done. constructuion quality is good in the society. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such. Air Ventilation is perfect. Painting and water proofings are done on time. All kinds of festivals are celebrated in the society. facilities and amenities like gym, park, club house play area for kids are available in the society. Garden is available. Emergency exits and stairs are available. CCTV is avilable and functional. Security guards are available. Elevators are maintained properly.
Things need improvement
For any issues inside the flats, such as a faulty switch or plumbing problem, residents need to call in a plumber or electrician themselves. However, if the problem is outside the flats, such as at the main entrance of the society or on the street outside, then the society's maintenance team takes care of it. Swimming pool is not available. There is no space to construct a swimming pool.

Connectivity is excellent with easy availability of auto-rickshaws, cabs, and other services, ensuring convenient commuting. The roads are well-constructed, and a metro station is conveniently located nearby. Maintenance standards are very high, with timely services and cleanliness, including regular garbage collection. The houses are spacious and well-ventilated, with no reported issues of seepage or leakage in the past five years. All promised facilities in the project are readily available. The society members are friendly, and there are no issues of groupism.
Things need improvement
The society faces issues with hard water, which can potentially impact health. Maintenance charges are separate for owners, and tenants often have to pay higher fees. The surrounding area is predominantly commercial, lacking nearby restaurants, which would be beneficial for residents. Visitor parking can occasionally be challenging due to overcrowding.

This locality is very safe even during nighttime, with excellent safety measures in place. It boasts a metro station and outstanding metro connectivity. Public transport options are also abundant and reliable. It features a vibrant mix of residents and commercial spaces, with shopping complexes, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities conveniently located.
Things need improvement
Parking and pollution are significant issues in the locality. Water quality is poor, and there are problems with internet speed. Traffic congestion worsens due to deteriorating road conditions and choked drainage during heavy rains. Highway traffic adds to these challenges, and the municipal corporation's handling of daily trash dumping needs improvement.

Cleanliness and water supply are adequate. Flats are well-constructed with amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and garden. Residents are friendly and security is good, with 24/7 surveillance from installed cameras.
Things need improvement
The society has a small garden, and there are no nearby public gardens available. The metro station in front of the society contributes to significant traffic congestion. Additionally, there is no swimming pool within the society.

Connectivity, amenities, and maintenance were all satisfactory in the society, with functioning lifts and vigilant security guards ensuring a secure environment. former tenant, relocated to another society. Whenever there was any issue, the maintenance staff promptly resolved it.

if recently there is any issue , i cant give the upadte. so disike comments from my side.
