Good things here
Transportation connectivity is good with facilities like metro, cabs and autos available. CCTVs and elevators are installed inside the premises. No construction quality related issues like seepage and leakage issues are faced. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative.

Good things here
The society is well equipped with all the ambience. It has a beautiful garden with a lot flowers of different varieties. The metro station is located at walking distance. Garbage collection is done every morning. CCTVs are installed all around the society for safety purpose. No issues of seepage or waterlogging. Neighbours are extremely cooperative.
Things need improvement
The society is not faing any issues as per now. It is getting developed and better. All the facilities are available in the society.

Good things here
The maintenance charges were normal, and the society was clean. Water was available 24/7. The residents were decent and well-behaved. There was a gym and a garden in the society. There were no issues with leakage or seepage. Sufficient parking was available for both visitors and residents. Despite the availability of shopping malls, restaurants, autos, and buses nearby, there were no traffic issues as the roads outside the society were good.
Things need improvement
The metro station was not located near the society. The society lacked amenities such as a swimming pool and a kids' play area, which should have been available.

The neighbourhood is surrounded by farms. The air quality is superior to that of the city. The neighbourhood has very positive spiritual vibe . A lovely lake and garden are available for a relaxing evening.
