Roads are wide , and no as such traffic issues around the society. Saaf safai accha rehta hai society ka. All amenities like gym, clubhouse, parks all are available in society. She said neighbours acche hain and festivals , cultural events are conducted together. Balconies hain sab flats mein, with good ventilation & sunlight.
Things need improvement
She said its a 10 year old society. Metro station near the society is still under construction from few years. Plus, there is seepage and leakage issues in flats of society.

Good things here
He said I left the society few years back, when I was living there all things were pretty well, Its a good society . He used personal vehicle to commute, he said roads acche the and traffic issues nahi tha koi aisa. All amenities like swimming pool, gym & clubhouse. Garbage is disposed on time, flats have balconies with good ventilation & sunlight. People were quite friendly there in society.
Things need improvement
He did not highlighted major issues, he just said Issue resolution process thoda aur faster hona chahiye tha. Minor seepage issues were there in society. Connectivity mein there was no metro near the society.

Good things here
There is ample parking space available. Water is available 24/7. All festivals are celebrated in the society. All amenities are available and well-maintained. The flats are well-ventilated, receiving plenty of sunlight. The society is clean, with daily garbage collection.
Things need improvement
People living in the society should respect and appreciate educated individuals. Unfortunately, in this society, educated individuals are not recognized or respected as they should be. The auto-rickshaw stand is not near the metro station. There is dampness on the walls of the bathroom.

The auto stand was nearby. The roads outside the society were wide and clean. The society itself was clean, with daily garbage collection. There was power backup in the society. The residents were all decent and educated.
Things need improvement
The metro station is not operational yet; it's still under construction. The water quality wasn't good, so we had to install an RO purifier for drinking. The amenities were available but had become a bit outdated and were not up to the mark; they were average. There was a significant issue with parking; it was limited for guests, and while open parking was okay, the basement parking would get flooded during the rainy season.
