Good things here

In the nearby society, there were schools and hospitals, and auto cabs were readily available. The rooms were spacious, with attached balconies. At the time when the society was newly built, access to amenities was still under construction. There was a large garden area in the society, which was beautifully landscaped and well-maintained. There was round-the-clock water and electricity available, and parking was ample for both owners and visitors in the society.

Actually, I lived there when the construction was new. However, there were many issues, such as weak pipelines throughout the society. Many pipes were broken, and I had to repair them before moving in. Additionally, two-way ventilation was not provided; there was only one window and one balcony in the society, which added to the overall cost. At that time, all the amenities were still under construction, but the builder did not have plans to deliver them promptly.

Security guards were available 24/7, with 8 guards at night and 6 during the day throughout the society. CCTV facilities were also installed. All festivals were celebrated in the society, fostering a strong sense of community. Maintenance charges were reasonable and justified considering the facilities provided. Festivals were celebrated, contributing to good social cohesion, and garbage collection was conducted regularly, maintaining cleanliness in the society.

Things need improvement

Connectivity was a concern as the highway was 500 meters away from the society, requiring residents to walk that distance. However, schools and hospitals were conveniently located nearby. The railway station was almost 1.5 kilometers away from the society. Occasionally, there were issues with leakage and seepage, but the managing committee addressed and resolved them. Unfortunately, the society did not have a swimming pool or solar panels. While generator facilities were available, they were only for common areas.

There were many chemists and good hospitals nearby the society, which was really beneficial, especially for families with senior citizens. The quality of construction was excellent, with no issues of leaky seepage in the apartments. The rooms were spacious and well-ventilated. The society offered amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, designated play area, mini-theater, and a beautifully landscaped garden area. Security was top-notch, with CCTV surveillance covering all areas and 24x7 security guards on duty. The residents were friendly, and all festivals were celebrated within the society, making it a vibrant and welcoming community.

Tenants were allowed to use all amenities without any additional charges, and there was no discrimination between owners and tenants in the society. Additionally, there was no pollution around the society due to the presence of ample greenery.

Construction work was underway around the society to widen the road, leading to traffic congestion in the vicinity. The build quality was not great, with issues of leakage, seepage, and termite infestation. The materials used by the builder were of cheap quality. This issue was common throughout the area in all constructions. Additionally, the plaster quality was poor. There was no swimming pool in the society. Although there used to be a small kids' play swimming pool, it was later removed due to low maintenance.

They had just left the Flora society last week. She said its a class society, badiya society hai, Gota me one of the sabse purana society hai. Connectivity acha hai society ka, public transport hai easily avalable. Maintenance & cleanliness is very good. A good working clubhouse is there. People/neighbours are very good here, 5/5. Hum around 5-7 years rahe koi zyada problem aayi nahi.

Transportation connectivity is good with metro, cab services and autos are available nearby. Hospitals and schools are also present nearby. Maintenance is fine with Hygiene and cleanliness maintained. CCTVs and elevators are installed. Would like to rate the maintenance and cleanliness quality as 4. Good things here

The maintainace services of the society was good and affordable connectivity is very good around the society and roads outside the society are very nicely made, it's a posh area now There are facilites like gym, swimmingpools are available to access inside the society garden is available in tthe society cultural festivals and events are celebrated together inside the society by the people living there security is very nice and there is no safety issues that is faced

The railway station is distant from the society, and there is currently no metro line in the area. Power backup facilities are provided only for common areas such as lights and lift. While maintenance charges are reasonable, around 5000 rupees per month, they can be considered expensive for middle-class families. The society boasts a significant amount of open space, which is not common in most societies, especially in Ahmedabad. Furthermore, there are two garden areas, a clubhouse, gym, library, and even a small movie theatre, making it fantastic. A BMC garden is located just in front of the society, and garbage collection is done on a daily basis. The festivals celebrated in the society are highly cooperative and enjoyable. Safety measures have been ensured, and there have been no reported crimes near the society so far. Water tankers are washed periodically, ensuring hygiene within the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable, approximately 90 paisa per square foot in the society.

The society was in a prime location, and everything was easily accessible around it. The roads were of good quality and wide, so there were no issues with traffic. Auto cabs were readily available, and the build quality was good. During my time there, I never experienced any leakages in my unit. All the amenities were present, such as a mini theatre, clubhouse, gym, small kids play area, cricket turf, and football turf. The park was particularly beautiful and spacious. Allocated parking was available for both owners and visitors. The area had plenty of open space, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Festivals were celebrated grandly in the society, and the people were very cooperative. There was no discrimination between owners and tenants in the society. Additionally, there was round-the-clock water and electricity supply.

Visitor parking was not allocated to a specific area, but there was sufficient parking available for them to park their vehicles.

Allocated parking is provided for both owners and visitors in the society. There is round-the-clock water and electricity supply. All areas are under CCTV surveillance, with special attention given to the parking area, which is well-maintained, clean, and monitored by CCTV cameras to ensure vehicle safety. The home management committee is attentive and quick to resolve any issues. Maintenance charges are also reasonable, approximately Rs. 1000 per flat in the society. The people in the society are friendly and cooperative as well.

Parking is available within the society premises, and cleanliness is well-maintained. There are no issues with water logging within the society. Since the society is newly constructed, there are currently no issues with painting. The society is very open, and ventilation is not a problem. Security cameras are installed in the society, and there is one lift in the 10-floor building. People often come together for Navratri festivals and other social gatherings in the society. We pay maintenance charges of 1500 to 1600 rupees for the upkeep of the society.

Things need improvement

The facility for auto-rickshaws and cabs is not available directly within the society because the Gota bridge is approximately 1 km away from our society, and that's where the auto stand is located, and transportation options are available there as well. We often have to wait for transport, and if an auto passes by near the society, we can catch it; otherwise, we have to book Ola, Uber, or Rapido online. There is sometimes an issue with public transport availability near the society. Occasionally, there are problems with water supply due to the pressure motor being down. Water logging occurs on the main road near the society. Seepage is a persistent issue here. Although amenities are available, they are not always fully operational as the systems tend to break down frequently, and maintenance is not consistent. The focus is more on basic necessities in this large society.
