Good things here
Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool,club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Security guards are available. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is not good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. The constructuion quality is very poor, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. CCTV cameras are not installed at all places in the society.

There is wide roads in society.Maintenance is also good in society. Enivironment is also good , friendly in society.

Cultural events are not held frequently in society. Swimming pool is not available in society.

Good things here
There is ample parking space in the society, sufficient for both residents and visitors. Autos, buses, and other transportation options are readily available as the society is located on the main road. Water is available 24/7. There is power backup in the society, and all modern amenities are available. The residents live together harmoniously, celebrating festivals together. The flats are well-ventilated, receiving plenty of sunlight, and the lifts are regularly maintained.
Things need improvement
The metro has not been constructed yet. Since the society is 10-15 years old, there are some issues of leakage and seepage.

Good things here
Near the society, a new airport has been built, and Ola, Uber, and auto services are readily available. The society is clean. no issues regarding water supply or power backup. There are no problems of leakage or seepage in my flat. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. All festivals are celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
There's a bit of traffic congestion in the evenings and mornings. The metro is not operational yet; it's still under construction.

He said connectivity accha hai society ka, auto, buses mil jaata hai easily. I use my personal vehicle, roads & traffic ka koi issue nahi hai. Maintenance charges are nominal, garbage collection is done on time. Construction accha hai, balconies hai flats mein sunlight aata hai proper. No seepage issues as such. All amenities are there like swimming pool, gym & clubhouse in society. People are friendly & cooperative.
Things need improvement
Metro nahi hai abhi society ke paas. Lift maintenance thoda aur improve hona chahiye. Jab kharab hoti hai kabhi toh 2-3 din leti hai theek hone mein. Barabar mein society construction ho rahi hai uski wajah se dust, pollution ho raha hai kaafi.

Beautiful society with spacious apartments. It has good wide lanes and a children's play area with a badminton court next to it. The group also features a clubhouse with a great banquet room and an indoor game area. Within the civilization, there is also a temple.
