Good things here
There are good schools and hospitals near by the society.There is club house,gym,kids play area in the society which is well eqquioed and functional.Allocated parking is available for owners.Auto,cabs are easily approachable,metro and bus services are easily available near by the society.24 hours water and power is available in the society.All the festivals are celebrated in the society socialism is really good.
Things need improvement
Maintenace charges are bit high in the society.Power back up facilities are not available as it is way to expensive then normal power supply.There is no swimming pool in the society.Allocated parking space is not available anyone can park randomly anywhere which is inconvenient sometimes.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is good, linked to the main road. Maintenance is fine, addressing no water supply or water logging issues, and there are no power backup problems. The presence of CCTVs and elevators adds to the facilities. There is a clubhouse, and a play area is available. People are friendly and cooperative, celebrating festivals together.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is a little poor, evident in wall seepage and leakage issues. Paintings are not done. Amenities like a gym and swimming pool are not available.

Good things here
There is no issue of ceiling and seepage in the society , there is no waterlogging in the society,CCTV and lift work properly in the society , there are market area nearby the society , All festival are celebrated in the society , the people are very nice and friendly in the society

There are amenities like clubhouse and gym , but no swimming pool for the people there is swimming pool only for kids

Good things here
Transportation is quite easy to access as there auto,bus,metro services are easily available around the society.Build quality is excellent as as such there are no issues regardig anything.All the amenities like swimming pool,club house,kids play area ,gym etc is available and everything is highly maintained and fully functional.24 hours water and power supply is available.High security and safety facilities as all the areas are under cctv survilance.Cleaniness is just top notch timely garbage collection is done.All the cultural and festivals are celebrated in the society.

There is no allocated space for parking has been provided first come fisrt fisrt serve system has been adopted.Visitors parking is also not available.Power back up facilities are not available in the society.

The neighbours are friendly and coperative in the society , all festival are celebrated in the society very well

There is no amenities in the society like gym, clubhouse,swimming pool but there are garden ,no metro nearby , sometimes hard to find four wheeler in the rapido , lift and CCTV are not much active in the society , there is a rare issue of ceiling and seepage in the society , the flats are not properly ventialled in the society

Roads outside the society is wide and of good quality so there is no traffic and water logging issues around the society.Build quality is good ,no leakage seepage issues even rooms are spacious and well designed attached with balcony.All the modern amenities are available in the society and everything is highly maintained and gym is well eqquiped.Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors in the society.24 hours water and power supply is available in the society.Society is safe during night as well as all the street lights are on at that time.All the festivals are celebrated in the society socialism is good.
Things need improvement
There is no solar panel and generator in the society which causes inconvenience during power cuts.This is family residency and bacholers are not allowed in the society.

Good things here
The society has top notch transport facility, metro was available, E- Rickshaws were available for transport nearby. CCTV camera, lifts were available and were functional. Water was available 24 hours. Plumber, electricians and others use to come and they provided good services. Social life of the society was really happening, festivals were celebrated together. Swimming pool, gyms and other amenities were available and the people of the society were cooperative and helpfull. Overall the facilities were great.
Things need improvement
The parking area of the society was very small and unhygeinic. The society was very conjusted and alot oof traffic was there. There were safety issues for children and elderly because of dogs. The dogs were dangerous and used to bite. The park was very small and conjusted and there were no place for children to play. Security guards used to be present previously but now they are not available.

Seepage and leakage issues have been addressed promptly by maintenance.Parking spaces are allotted, making it convenient for residents.Market area is easily accessible for shopping needs.Swimming pool is available for use, although an instructor is not always present.Lifts are in good working condition and CCTV cameras are installed for security. Festivals in the open area are as no commity hall is there

Maintenance has been unable to fully resolve seepage and leakage issues.The community hall is not available for use.There is no instructor present at the swimming pool.
