Good things here
Living in our society is incredibly convenient and comfortable. With various modes of public transportation readily available outside, including autos, buses, and cabs, getting around is effortless. I really appreciate the effort put into maintaining our society. It's kept clean and hygienic, with separate collection of wet and dry waste, which is great for environmental sustainability. Any issues that arise are promptly resolved, ensuring a smooth living experience for everyone. the quality of construction in our buildings means we don't have to worry about seepage or leakage issues. Plus, proper ventilation and ample sunlight in my flat make it a comfortable and pleasant space to live in. One of the best parts about living here is the friendly and cooperative atmosphere. Our neighbors are wonderful, and it really feels like a community where everyone looks out for each other. With CCTV cameras installed for added security and lifts available for convenience, I feel safe and comfortable in our society.
Things need improvement
The road conditions and the lack of proper parking space, there are still many positive aspects to appreciate. absence of a nearby metro station. However, it's unfortunate that the road conditions are not up to standard and water logging occurs during the rainy season. Power cuts due to a lack of power backup can be inconvenient, especially during times when electricity is essential. Plumbing issues and delayed maintenance are also challenges that affect the overall functionality and aesthetics of the society, particularly considering its age. Additionally, the absence of facilities and amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or play area for kids may limit recreational options for residents and detract from the overall appeal of the community. Improving maintenance and investing in infrastructure upgrades could enhance the living experience for everyone.

Local transport facilities were easily approachable near the society, and there were schools and hospitals nearby, contributing to a high quality of life outside the society. The locality was overall good, with all essential items easily accessible. Internally, the rooms were well-designed with two-way ventilation. The society provided 24x7 water and electricity supply. Safety was ensured with guards at the gate and CCTVs in all areas. Both owners and visitors had ample open parking space in the society, so there was no inconvenience regarding�parking.
Things need improvement
There is no metro station nearby the society, and cleanliness was not up to the mark, being conducted only on alternate days. The surrounding area was not great, and there were frequent clashes between neighbors. Additionally, there were minor issues with leakages and seepages, indicating that the build quality was just average. The society lacks amenities, with only a small clubhouse that is not well-maintained and one open park provided. This made the overall living experience less satisfactory compared to other societies with better facilities and�maintenance.

Additionally, the poor maintenance of the painting detracts from the overall aesthetic appeal of the neighborhood. The presence of leakage and seepage is particularly concerning, as it can lead to structural damage and health hazards if left unattended.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, rikshaw, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. collages, schools and markets all are nearby the society. Online delivery apps are fine. Roads are in good condition. Street lights are in working condition. Metro is also nearby. Maintenance of the society is very good. Wet and dry waste are collected seperately. Water and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society which is amazing. The road quality outside the society is perfectly fine. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. The rooms in my flats are properly ventilated and throughout the year proper sunlight is received in all the rooms. Layout is good. Building quality is good, The constructuion quality is good in the society.
Things need improvement
Road conditions are not at all good. Water logging happens on the road. Seepage and leakage issues happens but society maintains everything. Facilities and amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house and play area are not available in the society.

In my experience, I found the connectivity of the society to be excellent. Nearby malls, restaurants, hospitals, children's hospitals, schools, and markets were all easily accessible. Grocery shopping was convenient, and overall connectivity was great. Additionally, my experience with everything else was quite good. The construction quality was good, with well-ventilated flats, and maintenance services were efficient. There were no issues with water supply or power cuts, and the elevators were properly maintained. All amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and card room were available and well-maintained. The residents of the society were also�very�helpful.
Things need improvement
In my personal experience, I didn't encounter anything that needed improvement during the time I spent there. The society was very good, and it was well-maintained, so there was no need for any�improvements.

Public transport are easily available in the society like bus, autos , rikshaw , the maintenace of the society is top notch because they keep society neat and clean in the society , the amenities are there in the society like gym,clubhouse, swimmingpool in a good condition , there are mix crowd in the society though people are nice and friendly

There is issue of ceiling and seepage in the flats but managable no as such issue in the society

The transportation is fine, with auto-rickshaws and cabs readily available. There are no problems with water logging or water supply, and cleanliness is maintained well. There are no shortages of water, and power cuts are not an issue. Additionally, there is a park for children to play in.

There is a significant problem with seepage in the buildings, and the society lacks amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool. There is only a park for senior citizens. I'm not very familiar with the residents as I don't spend much time with them.

Maintenance quality of the society with regular cleaning and garbage removal. Transportation connectivity near the society is easy availability of public transport nearby. The construction quality of the building is good with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. The people living nearby are friendly and cooperative, they celebrate all festivals together.

There were no modern amenities in the society, such as a gym or a garden. The roads outside the society were in poor condition, often experiencing issues like waterlogging. There were leakage issues in the flats, and cleanliness in the society was not up to the mark.

There is no cleanliness issue in this residecny. Not only that, the automated gate system provides the extra status to it. There is a gym in its basement and a swimming pool in the compound.
