Good things here
Near the society, there is a railway station, making transportation convenient. Groceries can be easily obtained, as there are multiple malls and restaurants nearby, along with chemists. Ola and Uber services are readily available in the vicinity. The quality of construction is excellent, with no issues such as leakages or seepages, and taps and fittings are of high quality. Owners and visitors have allocated parking spaces. All amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, and gym are available and well-maintained, with the swimming pool being functional and the gym well-equipped. Security measures are stringent, with access restricted and CCTV surveillance covering all areas, and guards are stationed within the society. Cleanliness is maintained, thanks to a dedicated maintenance team that addresses daily challenges and ensures daily cleaning of the apartment.
Things need improvement
Near the society, there is a lack of public transport facilities, and the quality of roads leading out of the area is poor and requires improvement.
