Good things here
Moved to Mumbai one year ago. The area and locality were good. Cab services, including Ola, were available. The society was distant from the main road, resulting in no traffic noise or disturbance. The construction quality and maintenance were decent, with timely paintings.power back up facility was available. Power supply was efficient. People living in the society were social and cooperative, actively participating in social and cultural events such as Janmashtami, Navratri and Ganesh chaturthi.

Good things here
The metro station is located 500 m away from the society. Auto and cabs can be found easily from the nearby place. Garbage collection is done every morning. CCTV cameras, lifts are installed in the premises of the society. Neighbours are very friendly and cooperative and helpful.
Things need improvement
The society does not have the facilities such as swimming pool, gym, clubhouses. Seepage is very common in the area during monsson. Water logging is another major issue which is facedd by the residents.

Good things here
Finding autos, cabs, and buses is simple. The market area isn't too far from the society. The construction quality is excellent, with no construction-related issues. Festivals like Navratri and Diwali are celebrated beautifully. Street dogs are around but don't bother the residents. The best part about the society is the friendly neighbors. We don't want to leave because everything we need is close by.
Things need improvement
There isn't a metro station near our society. Maintenance isn't done properly. Although cleanliness is attempted daily, the maid we hired doesn't do a good job, and we might have to let her go. Pest control needs to be done at least once a year. Our society lacks amenities.

The community of Pushkar Residency is well-kept and has a welcoming vibe. The staff is kind and accommodating, and the flats are cosy. We liked the atmosphere here a lot. It's great for children.
