Good things here
Society connectivity achi hai, metro paas me hi hai. Mall market sab kuch paas me hai. Construction quality badhiya hai kyuki koi seepage/leakge issue nahi hai yaha, Maintenance is 1000%. Log ache hain society ke.
Things need improvement
Facilities kuch nahi hai, koi gym , swimming pool , clubhouse kuch nahi hai. Mobile connectvity ka problem hai. water supply ka dikkat hota hai kabhi kabhi. Society well-maintained nahi hai.

Good things here
He said I used to live earlier in the mentioned society, and mai waha rent pe rehta tha. Maintenance acha tha , saaf safai theek tha. Paani ka bhi supply theek tha. Garbage collection time to time hota tha. Lift bhi theek tha society mein. City bus mil jata tha. auto mil jata tha. Traffic ka issue nahi ta , Swiggy Zomato delivery bhi aata tha. No seepage issues were there. Balcony bhi tha flats mein. Fire alarm bhi tha wahan. Parkig area tha. Neighbours bhi acche the.

He said Metro nahi hai wahan society ke paas. Facilities like gym, swimming pool & clubhouse nahi tha wahan society mein.

Good things here
Society ki connectivity achi hai, public transport sab miljata hai, No traffic issues. No waterlogging issues. Garbage collection is done on time. Parking area hai society mein. No seepage/leakage issues in society. Amenities like parks are here in the society. People are friendly here in society.
Things need improvement
Koi mall ya market nahi hai society ke aas paas, thats an issue and Lifts kabhi kabhi kharab ho jata hai, so woh cheez improve hona chahiye.

Good things here
Our society members come together to celebrate every festival joyously. This brings us closer and makes us feel like a big family. Living here means being around friendly and caring people. We talk nicely to each other and treasure every moment we spend together. It's really nice to see how we help and encourage each other, making every day special.
Things need improvement
The facilities here are extremely poor; there's no pool, gym, or clubhouse available, and the construction quality seems outdated. Transportation options are severely lacking, with no autos or cabs in sight. Overall, it's quite disappointing and inconvenient to live in such conditions.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity was good with metro, cabs and autos easily available. Maintenance was fine with cleanliness and timely removal of waste and garbage. The construction quality was satisfactory.
Things need improvement
There were no amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse in the neighborhood. Without a gym, there was no designated place for exercise. The lack of a swimming pool and clubhouse also meant fewer opportunities for leisure and community activities.

Good things here
The society has metro stations available nearby. Maintainenance and clieanliness facilities are available. Gyms and lifts are available in the society. CCTV Camera is provided. People have a friendly nature there and all the festivals are celebrated together. Water and electricity is available all time.
Things need improvement
The society has issues regarding seepage and termities. Painting is not done frequently. Water logging issues during monsoons. Other facilities are nice.

Good things here
I left the society 1.5years back when i was living there everything was great, public transports were available and metro was 2.5km away from the society. The maintenance was well taken care of no garbage issue i faced till the time i was living there, lifts were maintained on time, if ever we face any issue it was resolve quickly. Flats were well ventilated constructed, and there were Kids play area and huge open space available in the society,. People living there were nice, friendly.
Things need improvement
The only drawback of the society was the unavailability of a swimming pool and clubhouse. Although there was open space where they could have been constructed, I don't know why they were not included in the society. Perhaps it was because the society was 15 years old.

Our neighborhood is conveniently located near markets, grocery stores, hospitals, and schools, making it easy for everyone to access essential services. We've successfully tackled issues like leakage and seepage, ensuring our homes stay dry and comfortable.
Things need improvement
cleanliness is an area where we struggle. The maintenance staff might not be as well-trained as we'd like, leading to problems in keeping our surroundings tidy. Additionally, the lack of amenities in our society is a drawback, especially for the children .improvements in cleanliness and the addition of amenities could greatly enhance the quality of life for everyone, especially the younger members of our community.
