Transportation connectivity was satisfactory. Maintenance quality was also taken care of with no water logging issues. Hygiene is maintained. Construction quality is in good condition. There are no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like play area and clubhouse are available. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. Residents are very friendly and cooperative.
Amenities like gym and swimming pool are not available. There must be a spacious parking area as it's not sufficient for parking according to the number of residents.

I think the people living in the society were freinfly and cooperative and it was good to be live with those kind of people, the connectivity was not very good but average only. the maintenace was also decent.
The only and major problem was the construction quality as i used to face problem of ceiling and seepage.

construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues and plaster quality issues are not seen. The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. There are Park and small garden gym and club area available in the society. Maintainance services are very good and timely cleanliness and hygine is maintained. people are overall good and social in the society. All the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together.
I don't think there is furthermore improvements required in this society. Society is well maintained by the management.

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of public transport options, malls and markets. The construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Paintings are done timely. There is no water and electricity supply issues. Neighbours are decent in nature and celebrate all festivals and events together. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. Security guards are present all the time.
Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not available in the society premises.

Auto-rickshaws and cabs are readily available near the society, and there are also e-rickshaws available nearby. The surrounding roads are clean, and electricity is available 24/7. Swings and other attractions on the terrace are a popular feature of the society. CCTV cameras are installed in common areas like parking, and there is also a lift in the society. The residents of the society are friendly, and Navratri is celebrated with decorations and festivities.
The maintenance of the society could be improved considering the amount we pay for maintenance fees. Often, water supply is disrupted for hours, mainly due to water shortages. Water logging is a significant issue during the rainy season. The gardens for children are often broken, and even the seating areas for elders are not well-maintained. Despite approximately 2000 rupees in maintenance charges, the condition of the society is so poor that one would not guess it is only 5 or 6 years old. Paint often chips off, giving the impression that the society has never been painted. There is also a lack of management in the society. The flats face numerous problems, as plumbers need to be called 7 to 8 times due to blocked sewer pipes. There is no proper ventilation source, and the washrooms lack windows, with only a pipe for gas ventilation. The kitchen pipes frequently get blocked. Additionally, there is a strong odor near the society due to the nearby garbage house where garbage is dumped or burned, causing a foul smell. The society lacks facilities such as a gym, and there should be an additional spacious lift to transport goods to upper floors.

During my three-year tenure in the society, connectivity was excellent, granting easy access to all amenities. The presence of well-prepared lifts and vigilant security guards further enhanced the accessibility and safety within the premises. Throughout my stay, the society ensure maintenance standards, no leakage or seepage issues.
