Good things here
Rooms were quite huge and balcony were also so spacious, open climate around the society. Locality was top-notch, society was on main road so easily approachable. 24/7 water and electricity supply. Allocated parking for resident and guest. All the festivals are celebrated, overall good socialism.
Things need improvement
Quality of the building has become old, so leakage and seepage issues are there. There are no amenities present in the society.

Maintaining of the lift is pretty good. Contructuion quality is fine. People are very positive minded.

Amenities are not provided in the social. Connectivity is not good like autos are not available.

Connectivity like cabs and autos are not available in front of the society. Railwaystation also very far from the society. Hospitals are not there for emergency.

Having a grocery shops with in the society provides continence. Connectivity like autos are available in front of the society.

The distance of the nearest hospital can be a critical factor, especially in emergencies.

People are very co-operative and respective. Security guards are very nice. Parking are pretty good.

The society is spotless, the security is on point, and the connectivity is great – you've got local transport options within walking distance.
Things need improvement
Dealing with water logging inside and outside the society was a bit of a hassle. Plus, the absence of amenities is a major drawback.
