Good things here
Auto-rickshaws are available near the society, and there are no traffic issues. The society is clean, and water is available 24/7. There is plenty of garden and open space. The flats are well-ventilated and airy, with no issues of leakage or seepage.
Things need improvement
The environment in the society is very bad; some flats have been rented out to individuals involved in terrorist activities and honey trap schemes. There is no financial support from anyone for maintenance. A small canal has been built in the name of a swimming pool where many mosquitoes breed. Security is not good at all. The roads inside the society are in very bad condition. Festivals are mostly occasions for conflict. The parking space is very limited compared to the number of flats.

Good things here
Water is available 24/7 in the society, and there are no issues of leakage or seepage in my flat. There is a play area in the society, and auto-rickshaws are easily available nearby.
Things need improvement
The society does not have a swimming pool. Some flats are experiencing issues with seepage. The roads outside the society are not in good condition as construction work is ongoing. The society is not clean.

I generally use my personal vehicle for travelling, but usually everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very good. Ample of parking space is available. Road quality is good outside the society, there sufficient street lights around the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People are overall good and friendly.
Things need improvement
Sometimes mobile network issues are faced in this society. Overall the society is very good and I don't face any such issues in the society that needs to be mentioned. The society is very well maintained and management works good.

The roads outside the society are good. Water is available 24/7, and the society is clean. Residents come together to celebrate festivals, and there is a garden. Parking is available for visitors. There are no issues of leakage or seepage, and the flats are well-ventilated. Auto-rickshaws are available nearby, and the market is also close by.
Things need improvement
The metro station is far away, and there are no modern amenities in the society. Sometimes the lifts are out of order.

Public transportation options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are readily available right outside our society, ensuring easy access to travel whenever needed. Additionally, within a mere 300 meters, there's everything one could possibly need – from markets and grocery stores to schools, malls, salons, and restaurants. Parking has never been an issue here; there's ample space, ensuring I never have to worry about chaotic parking situations. The quality of the roads outside the society is excellent, preventing waterlogging issues and ensuring smooth commuting at all times. Moreover, the presence of a playground within our society allows children to play safely and freely. Overall, I feel fortunate to live in such a well-connected, convenient, and comfortable neighborhood.

Unfortunately, our society lacks certain amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse, which are commonly desired by residents for recreational activities and social gatherings. Additionally, the construction quality of the buildings leaves much to be desired. Issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems are prevalent, causing inconvenience and discomfort for residents. Despite these shortcomings, the neighborhood's convenient location and access to essential services remain its primary appeal, though improvements in infrastructure and amenities would undoubtedly enhance the quality of life for all residents.

The apartment had excellent connectivity, with easily accessible local transport facilities nearby. Essentials such as groceries and chemists were conveniently located near the society. The build quality of the society was commendable, with no reported issues of leakages or seepages during my time there. The rooms were spacious, well-lit with proper sunlight, and provided adequate ventilation. One of the standout features of the society was that bachelors were allowed to reside, making it an ideal and affordable living option for them. The society was well-maintained, ensuring a neat, clean, and hygienic atmosphere for all residents.

This society is quite basic and lacks amenities such as a garden, clubhouse, or swimming pool. It primarily offers parking facilities and a lift. Additionally, the security system in the society is inadequate and requires significant improvement, as there are no CCTVs installed.
