The amenities provided in the society, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, and gym, are top-notch. These facilities are well-maintained and fully functional, with the swimming pool, gym, and kids' play area being particularly notable. Maintenance charges are reasonable, making it an affordable option for residents. Overall, the society is a great place to live, offering the best facilities and a great security system, along with ample�parking�space.
Public transport facilities are not readily available near the society, and there is no nearby metro station. Additionally, the maintenance team has not conducted any tests to assess the society's readiness to withstand earthquake activity, such as a Richter�scale�test.

The construction quality is reliable, without any issues of seepage or water leakage. Furthermore, the residents of the society are known for their friendliness and cooperation.
The limited parking space in the society necessitates adjustments, but increasing the parking capacity would greatly improve the situation, as it's currently insufficient. Moreover, it would be beneficial to add amenities such as a gym and clubhouse, as the existing facilities, limited to a park and a community hall, are not comprehensive enough to cater to all residents' needs.

There are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby the society, ensuring that all essential services are within easy reach. Each resident has designated parking, and the connectivity is excellent, with public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs readily available. The roads are in good condition, making travel smooth and easy. We have regular garbage collection to keep the environment clean, and the elevators are well-installed and maintained for reliable service. With 24/7 electricity and water supply, you never have to worry about outages. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues of seepage or termites. The buildings have proper ventilation, good plaster, and fitting, and timely painting is done to keep everything looking fresh. Our clubhouse is well-maintained, providing a space for recreation and community activities. The neighborhood is filled with very nice, friendly people, many of whom have been living here for a long time, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Safety is a top priority, with CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards ensuring a secure environment for all residents.
One significant issue is that wet and dry garbage segregation is not practiced, leading to inefficient waste management. Additionally, there are no gym or swimming pool facilities available. Introducing these amenities would greatly enhance the quality of life for residents. Other than these points, everything else is satisfactory and well-maintained.

I'm pleased to report that within our society, we have no issues with water quality or supply. Maintenance is exceptional, with cleanliness and hygiene meticulously upheld. While we don't have amenities like a swimming pool, we do have a clubhouse and a play area for kids. The atmosphere within the society is friendly and cooperative, with residents fostering a sense of community. Security measures are robust, with CCTV cameras ensuring safety, and the lifts are operational and well-maintained. Additionally, we have sufficient parking space available for residents.

There is no metro station nearby the society. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house is not available in the society. There is very less parking available, there is parking for only 30 residents but the society comprises 180 residents and parking space is very limited.

The good construction quality is evident, with rare occurrences of issues like water logging, electricity, and water supply problems. And perhaps most importantly, the friendly and cooperative nature of my neighbors enhances the sense of community and makes living here truly enjoyable.
It's disappointing for me personally to acknowledge that our society lacks certain amenities like a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids. These are facilities that can significantly contribute to the well-being and enjoyment of residents.

The society is well-connected, and we don't have any traffic problems. You can easily find auto-rickshaws nearby. Thankfully, we don't have any issues with leaks or water seeping into our homes. We've got all the modern amenities we need, and the people who live here are friendly. Plus, there's plenty of parking for everyone, and we have water available all day, every day. Everything stays clean, and it's a great place to live.
The lifts aren't maintained very well, and power cuts happen often, especially during the summer. Unfortunately, the backup power is only for common areas, not for individual flats. Also, the construction of the walls seems a bit flimsy; they used more sand and less cement, and it's an older building.

Rooms in the apartments are great along with ambience here. The residents are supportive and the environment here is good. The complex has a good parking space and which is well managed by the authority.

The apartments are in Madhyamgram which is nearby Kolkata. Various locations are connected from here as the closest airport is DumDum airport. Railway station is 15 minutes away. Shopping complex is near.
