Good things here
Cleaning is good in society, no issues in that. Lifts are also working fine, Garbage collection hota hai daily. Power cut ka bhi koi issue nahi hai yahan society me. Accha design hai society ka, no issues of seepage so Construction quality is fine. Security bhi acha hai, har towers me security guards hain.
Things need improvement
I am living here in this society since it was built. Connectivity thoda issue hain yaha ka. Location is not so appropriate & bit odd, thoda off pe hai society. Thats why connectivity not so good, koi supemarket - mall aas paas nahi hai. No schools nearby , atleast half an hour away from society. Public transport also not easily available. More sports activities & facilities hona chahiye society mein.

I rented a 3-BHK apartment in Shree Balaji Wind Park, and was quite satisfied to know that it offers outstanding facilities like swimming pool, car-wash, cricket pitch, basketball court, lawn tennis court and so on.

When I bought an apartment in Shree Balaji Wind Park, I was very impressed with the security features. It is a gated community with CCTV camera security and 24/7 security. Intercom is also available.

The network is in perfect working order, and you can reach everywhere in the blink of an eye. There is a peaceful atmosphere for youngsters because there are numerous green parks where they can safely play.

Regarding the safety and security there are no issues as there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere along with professional guard support. Connectivity is excellent as lots of public transport options are available. Many schools, colleges and education institutes are in nearby vicinity.

Good connectivity with easy availability of public transport as well as booking a cab is much easier as they always reach on time due to smooth traffic condition. There shops, gym, swimming pool, parks, well maintained road with street light and CCTV cameras.
