Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Maintainance of the society is good and timely maintainance is done. Paintings are also done on time. Garbage collection is done on time. No major electricity issues are faced in the society, power backup is available. seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats, the construction quality of the buildings is very good. Water logging issues are not faced at all in the society. open spaces and play area for kids are also available. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. people are very friendly and coperative, cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together. There are no stray dog issues faced.
Things need improvement
Metro is far from the society. There are no nearby meetro stations available. There are no nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. 2 to 3 kms needs to be travelled for it. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house is not available in the society.
